Sake from a sake brewery in Koedo Kawagoe.
Expectations are high for the sake made from the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. When we drank it, we found it to be smooth and soft on the palate, with a rich flavor and a light acidity that is not heavy and finishes off the aftertaste. It was one of those bottles that you could not believe it was junmai, and you could sense that it had been carefully brewed. It was very delicious 🎵.
