I received this as a souvenir from Hokkaido,
It has a citrus aroma, umami and richness, and is well balanced with acidity. The aftertaste is slightly dry and refreshing.
I bought this at a liquor store in Maebashi. It is an unfamiliar brand, but the owner recommended it, so my expectations were high.
When opened, it was fruity and delicious, with a sense of gas. The aftertaste is a little sourness that tightens it up.
I will buy it again when I visit Gunma.
This sake is from Nanae-cho, Hokkaido. It is not often seen here, so I looked it up on the Internet and found that it is Hakodate in April 2021 at a sake brewery for the first time in about 35 years. The rice is Nanae-machi's Comet.
The melon🍈 is immediately felt in the mouth, and the aftertaste is also melon. I was impressed by the unified taste.
I can't eat Yubari melon, but this is a bottle that will satisfy even sake drinkers.
It has a fruity, lychee-like taste and a gassy, fresh mouthfeel from direct pumping.
It also has a sweet taste, but after drinking, it has a crisp aftertaste that does not give the impression of sweetness.
It is dry, clear, slightly carbonated, and has the flavor of Miyamanishiki, making it a good sake for summer.
I selected it for its beautiful label and refreshing taste, like the clear blue sky of May before summer.
It has a very good balance between the slightly carbonated shriveled taste, the break of acidity, and the sweetness. The taste, which can be compared to Ramune, is exactly what it sounds like, and it is refreshing and easy to slurp.
I was satisfied with the adult Ramune.
In the mouth, it tastes like muskmelon? It tastes like muskmelon and has a fruity aroma, making it a gentle and pleasant drink. The aftertaste is refreshing, so you can drink a lot.
The first sip after opening the bottle is very clear and the aroma, sharpness, and aftertaste are very refreshing, so it would be good to enjoy it in a wine glass. After a few days of drinking, the mellowness of the sake has increased and the taste has improved.
A limited edition of my favorite Eiko-Fuji.
The freshness and smoothness of the mouthfeel is superb!
It is a delicious sake with more acidity than sweetness to finish it off.
The label on the back says it is best as a food sake!
It was great with sashimi🍀!
Most popular red label
Fruity, gorgeous, and with the fresh mouthfeel and fruity taste of nama-zake. It is a very delicious sake.
I thoroughly enjoyed its mellow and rich flavor.
Selected to drink a popular brand.
It has a gorgeous, lychee-like aroma and a fruity mouthfeel that goes down your throat very well. I could understand why it is so popular. I have a bottle, but I think it will run out soon😅.
Drawn by the beautiful label and name, I bought it at a liquor store in Maebashi. The peach-colored nigori gives a sense of anticipation before drinking.
In the mouth, it reminds me of the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, and since it is 10% alcohol, I quickly devoured it like a separate dessert.
The gassy sensation was amazing and the corks jumped!
The mouthfeel is so fresh, it's strange, like drinking a sparkling wine.
The aroma is mild but well balanced. I am looking forward to seeing the taste change over time.
I wanted to drink dry, so I selected it.
Although it is +8, it is clear and has a good umami flavor on the palate. I found this sake very suitable for the coming season.
Finish off your spring sake with this sake.
A soft, soft sweetness is followed by a slight sourness.
Is this a characteristic of the original camellia flower yeast, Miyatsubaki yeast? Happy to have a good spring this year🍀.
You can sense the flavor that fully brings out the goodness of the rice. Crisp and dry taste that comes after the sweet aroma. We are happy and grateful to have found a delicious sake made in Hokkaido!
Fruity aroma, refreshing sweetness, and a little bit of thickening. Junmai Ginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50%. The apple-like flavor makes it easy to drink.
A limited edition sake for this time of year. Although the alcohol content is kept at 13%, it has a sweet and umami taste that is very satisfying to drink. It can be drunk with a sense of freshness from the new sake.
Junmai Unrefined Nama-shu made from "Haenuki" grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture and brewed up to 65%.
It is a fresh and juicy orikarami sake with a refreshing acidity and a gaseous sensation unique to nama sake.
The balance of umami and sharpness is unbelievable for a sake with a nihonshudo of -4 degrees.
