This is already sparkling. As the label says, "Beware of opening the bottle. The bubbles never stop. I opened the cork a little, let in some air, and immediately tightened the cork repeatedly, and finally was able to drink it.
The taste was refreshing and dry, and it was so easy to drink that it was soon empty.
