sharp and tasty Sweet aroma, sharp attack. The taste is crisp and delicious. It is easy to drink and leaves a lingering aftertaste in the throat. Sakahomare is the pride of Fukui Prefecture and is used to make daiginjo. I thought I had to drink it with all my heart, but I had already drunk about half of it 🤣.

Sharp and tasty Slight aroma, a little foamy attack. The taste is sharp and umami. It goes in smoothly and has a slightly dry aftertaste. I'm a sucker for limited editions 😆 I'm satisfied. ✌️

On the left is the standard, Kuroryu Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is dry. It goes in smoothly and has a light richness. You shouldn't compare with other wine with the same accompaniments 😆 It goes well with Seiko Crab, but there is a difference.
