I love the sound of this! I like the sound of this! It's a cool sake with exquisite sweetness and bitterness, crisp and sharp ✨. It's easy to drink despite its high alcohol content (16.8%), so there's a big chance you'll fall into the dangerous pattern of "I got drunk when I realized I was drunk" 😅. By the way, "gravity" means "seriousness" or "importance" as well as "gravity". (So the movie "Zero Gravity" means "I have zero desire to do anything".)

Nice to meet you Kamo Nishiki! I have a strong impression that Niigata sake is a classic, but Kamo Nishiki is a light and modern style! I love this one - it's so good 😁✨. It's refreshing, fresh, and easy to drink... the kind of sake that you find yourself running out of before you know it! I'm sure the other versions must be delicious too! I think I'm going to get addicted to this one 😄. But I can't find it at my local liquor store 😠😠.

The name "Bountiful Harvest" is very much like an autumn sake! Rich, mellow, mellow flavor✨ It's different from the Tamitsu I've had so far, it can also look like this 😊. If summer sake is fresh fruit, autumn sake is like a fully ripe dried persimmon. I think I'm starting to get a vague idea of what autumn sake is. Sentori seems to be somewhat sour to me, like yogurt 💧. I was very much afraid that I might not like it. I was very much worried about my "SENKYO bitter" suspicion, but after a few days, the taste calmed down a little and I got back my composure 😅. If I said I didn't like Senkou, I'd be banned from the Ponzake world 💦. This sourness is a characteristic of Sentori 😊It's not just sour, it's sweet and umami as well ✨. I'll try the classic SENKYO next time!

I went to a liquor store in a neighboring town for a different brand! Why are you there? 💦. I was completely unaware of this brand and was so surprised 💦 that I decided to bring it home without hesitation 😄. I've always wanted to try Gakki Masamune, and this is my first Gakki! This is also Fukushima sake... Fukushima sake is delicious 😊✨ And Gakki-Nemu-sama is just as delicious as its reputation! It's a smooth and refreshing chiripiti gas type! The taste changes a little each day and I never get tired of it! I've had 寫楽, Hirotogawa, and Gakki Masamune, and all of the Fukushima sake is delicious! We also have Hiroki-san and Romain, who we haven't met yet, and Fukushima Tegowai😅!

Niggo Niggo Nigori Sake purchased on a trip to Gifu I heard there are 200 colors of white, but this one is pure white "White No. 001". It's not too strong in the sake sense, but the rice flavor is rich and creamy and quite tasty ✨. I heard that if you mix it with soda, it's like a cream soda, so I tried it with soda and it's like a cream soda 😅. I tried it with soda and it was totally a cream soda 😅 Moreover, the thickening was so strong in the second half (I didn't mix it properly) that the last few cups were like a runaway lactobacillus fermented yogurt or an alky Valium? I enjoyed the last few drinks as if they were alcohol-fermented yogurt or alky Valium (that's an exaggeration 💦) 😝. And yet it's strangely sharp. By the way, I found an English subtitle on the back label! Crazy Milk! Great! It's great 😄. It seems that the term "runaway lactic acid bacteria" was not entirely misleading! It was a very interesting drink with a little bit of something and a little bit of something 😊.

Thank you summer sake See you again! Just when you thought it was completely autumn, summer seems to have suddenly returned and it's still hot 💧. It is also clean, refreshing, easy to drink and tasty just like a summer sake 😄. I guess the water in Shinshu makes such a delicious sake ✨. Looking back, I had a lot of fun enjoying various summer sakes this summer 😌. Cockatoo, summer gecko, summer boulleu... all wonderful ✨. I am a little sad to say that I still have a lot of summer sake left to drink, but it is time to welcome the next season! Thank you for all the "delicious" summer sake! I'm a clumsy man. Yamamoto-san Pure Black with a subtle aroma and understated sweetness. It's understated, but it has a certain presence that is sure to stimulate your taste buds ✨. The label on the back says "sharp like a Japanese sword," which is true. It was supposed to be a dry, refreshing, slightly gassy beer, but the next day it turned out to be wonderfully tasty with a bit of sweetness 😄✨. Purchased at a local liquor store during a trip to Shizuoka! What an auspicious name "Kaiun" ✨! By the way, the smaller bottle in the picture is a one-sho bottle, the larger one is a 30-sho bottle 😝. My first impression was that it was a little too sweet... but after a few days, it turned out to be a juicy melon 😄✨. I've always been curious about this sake "Kameizumi CEL-24" My dog seems to be curious about it too 😅. Ohhh juicy✨ I wonder if it's apple or pear. I guess it's a pineapple because it has a strong sweetness. It's easy to drink and delicious with a slight sourness, gas, and a nice sharpness 😊. The label with full of handwritten feeling is also very cute 😊. The fact that it doesn't claim to be a "Daiginjo" even though it has a 50% rice polishing ratio is very sweet 😊... or rather, this is what I'm drinking now. ...I just noticed that except for "alcohol" and "rice polishing ratio", the other numbers are changing 😲 so that's why it looks handwritten...makes sense 😁. Now that summer is finally in full swing, here is "Early Spring/Summer Boulleu", a summer sake despite being early spring!
