A simple label for a Niigata sake called "Sake Sour Forest". It tastes like yogurt with a slight sourness like wine 😊✨. It also has a gaseous taste, and this is somehow similar to "Kaze no Mori", isn't it? Kaze no Mori, Kamosumori, similar to Kaze no Mori 😝😝. Also, it's hard to tell from the outside, but I noticed it's a little cloudy after pouring 😝I'm glad I have a nigori fetish 😍. Niigata sake is pretty high level too 😁✨

Looks totally classic, smells like cemedine, or alcohol, or whatever you call it before injection😅. But...! When you drink it, it has a surprising sweetness, lactic acidity, and a slight carbonation 🙂 It has just the right amount of karami and nigami. It's got just the right amount of caramels and niggazy, mellow flavor, and you can really taste the sake flavor 🍶. After a few days, the taste changes to caramel, and then to ripe banana in the last sip 🍌. What a strange and very interesting drink 😛✨. By the way, there was a very disturbing article on the wrapped newspaper... 💧💧.

Last year I drank "Hakuten" for the first time and was so impressed with the taste that I forgot to take a picture of it and couldn't post it 😅I was in a daze because it tasted so good! This year it's "Momoten" and I'm still impressed with the taste 😝✨. I love the chiripiri sensation as it lightly passes through the back of my throat with a high-five 😍Pitchy ✨. Happy deliciousness 😝 😝 ✨ I think I'm going to follow Sugisama's lead and go after Amami-chan too 😁. I'm going to be busy with more sake 😝💦.

I guess the reason I want to drink it regularly is because it's so easy to buy 😊. I'm a big fan of "Tamitsu" among the local Mie sake. I recently found out that "Tamitsu" is the name of a place in Mie........ I recently found out that it is located just a few dozen minutes away from my house. It's only a few dozen minutes away from my house, but I had no idea until now 💦. Sorry Tamitsu😅I'll have a drink to apologize 🍶.

I bought this one on my trip to Enoshima, too. And it's delicious 😊✨. Sugisama is a long-distance relationship where you have to travel a little bit to buy it, but that also makes it smell premium and makes you want to chase after it even more, it's human psychology. I'll be chasing you all year round 😝.

Purchased locally during a trip to Enoshima 😄Zanso Horai "Otoko no Yume". It's an original from Mochizuki Sake Brewery, and it's a very limited item that you can only buy here ✨. I'm sure I'd buy it if it was 😅. This is the first time I've had sake from Kanagawa! This is what is called "cemedine smell" 🍌, it also has a banana feel. It's a kind of instant kill sake because it's low in alcohol and has a slight sparkle 😁✨.

It looks so cool 😛 As expected of Daiginjo✨It has the veteran feel of a big-name Enka singer 😝. Polishing 35 is already a microscopic world - a true artisan ✨. There are masters who paint on rice, but I doubt anyone has ever painted on daiginjo rice 🖌😝. The taste is sweet and umami, with a hint of refinement and maturity. I thought this should be drunk warmed 🍶, but I finished it cold again😅. And I'm going again this year to the Mie Sake Brewery Market 😊🎶.

My friend brought it to me at a petit reunion of our junior high school days😊"Kudoi Ue" It's my first kudoi! Strong sweetness and firm umami 🍶. Even though the alcohol content is high, it's well-balanced and beautiful sake! It has a certain presence that makes you think "I'm drinking sake right now (Rin) ✨" (I don't know what I'm talking about). Well, drinking with the guys from junior high school makes the sake even more delicious by 30% 😄.

I fell in love with Mimuro Sugisama at the beginning of this year, and I've been on a "guessing game" ever since. After chasing after him, I found "Hana-Kyun", which is a must buy! It's a bit strong right after opening the bottle, but it settles down later on. It's just right when it settles down a bit 😊✨ It's a fresh peach soda with a light alcohol content, perfect for Hanami sake 🌸

I bought it in Shizuoka last year and left it for half a year before opening the bottle! I honestly don't know how much effect it has had after sitting for half a year, but it seems like the flavor has been concentrated 😄. It has a cotton candy feel to it because it's alsobeared, but you can also taste the sweetness and umami of the rice and it's very drinkable 😊✨✨.

I wanted to try this, but my local liquor store didn't have it 💧, so I finally found it and bought it immediately 😝. Sake "Hiran" from Nagasaki, Kyushu. Nikomaru" is rice rice 🍚I saw it sold as rice the other day😅. The logo on the label is very stylish 😊. Lightly gassy and fresh like a fresh peach or pear, very tasty ✨

I'm sorry, Tenga Nishiki was a complete unknown to me until now, even among the local Mie sake breweries. The owner of a liquor store in Iga recommended it to me and I bought it! Yeah, it's a fruity melon and refreshing to drink 😊. Slightly gassy, good acidity, this is delicious✨ I wish my local liquor store would carry it 😄

Hachibei the Sake Shop ✨is a local Mie sake😊. I hadn't had this one until now. I bought it at a local liquor store while I was in Iga for personal business 💴. It has a mild flavor, and I think it would be quite good if it were heated up 🍶. I thought it would be great if heated up 🍶, but I drank it all cold this time too 😅.

Ohhh this is delicious! 😝✨ Despite the label, it's very fruity and fresh 😛. It may look classical on the outside, but it's completely modern on the inside! It looks like that, but the actual age is 27 years old, which is surprisingly young! It's just like that 😄. The "Unfiltered Nama Ooragarami" always has a nice ring to it 😊✨. Powerful typeface but somehow cute label 😊. Shuho" is a Yamagata sake that is not to be outdone by the likes of Jyushidai and Eikoufuji ✨. I'm also attached to the fact that it uses one of my own names 😝. I thought it was easy to drink with a refreshing sweet fruity taste, but it was quite high in alcohol content and I had to be careful not to drink too much 😅.

The taste is so good it's impressive ✨I'm so excited I'm going to have a drink! I've been having a series of great sake strikes recently with Mr. Niida and Mr. Tanaka, so it's a good start 😝. I'm a few months behind 😅I'm reviewing this one as I remember it... But I still remember the shockingly good taste of this Mimuro no Sugisama! It's my favorite fruity, low alcohol, low gas type, so it's already certified as a dangerous sake 🍶👈. By the way, "Dio Abita" means "God abides", so it's totally God abiding 😌✨.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Tanaka. This is a drink from Fukuoka, Kyushu. If you think Kyushu is all about shochu, you're wrong! There are many delicious sake in Kyushu as well😄 Slightly gassy, sweet and fruity ✨Slightly low alcohol content, so it's a bit sweet 😊. The label on the back says "Sake born in the rice fields of Yamada Nishiki" 🍶It was born in the rice fields of Yamada 😊.

This is the first Nida Nida Namahoshi sake that I bought at Ise! Despite looking like homemade sake made by grandpa as a hobby, it has a lactic acid yogurt feeling and a good gasiness 😄✨...and I thought it was Fukushima sake 😅. Fukushima sake, which I have great trust in 😊 has not betrayed me yet! Fukushima sake is delicious no matter what you drink ✨I'll be your friend from now on 😊.
