This is the first time I've ever had a Sairai, it's like a peach 😄. The label is very elegant without being gaudy 😊✨ It's very crisp and tasty! The label on the back says "A stranger's beautiful sake from the Land of Sai". I know it now, so I won't say I don't know it anymore✋😄😄. It's a very easy to drink for its alcohol content, so it's certified as a kiken sake.

Silver Label. It is sweet like a candy apple 😅, maybe because of the alkaloids. I remember the pink label I drank before was sweet like cotton candy... I'd like to try Junmai next time 😊.

This is Senryu 😊Senryu, cool name✨. The label on the back says "Sacred sake like nectar dedicated to the haze-eating dragon". I'm sure a fool like me wouldn't drink such a sacred sake dedicated to the haze-eating dragon so lightly. I think I drank it with cheese or something instead of haze! It's juicy and fruity like nectar, so of course it goes well with it 😁. Senryu is also delicious, but I prefer Baiyo Yello 😊.

The first sake I drank this year was this one from Akita Sake, "Isshaku Suisei" by Paxui! Fresh peach, slight bitterness and spiciness from the carbonation ✨. But sweet and delicious 😄Sasanigori is good 😊✨✨.

Gakki is a reliable and proven Fukushima sake! It's the best because it's also cosmetically pleasing😄 Whenever I see it in the store, I always react with "oh"! Fruity, slightly sparkling, and delicious 😊. This was the last sake of the last year 😄.

It's already spring, but it's still last Christmas 😅Senkin "Yukidaruma". I've been saying "I want to drink Yukidaruma" at home since it was almost time to drink it, and my daughter ignored me for now 💧. Well, I guess she just told me to drink it on my own. She has learned from the summer's "Kabutatushi" (rhinoceros beetle), hasn't she... you're so mean! The aroma and sweetness are moderate, but it has a certain presence ✨I want to drink this pichi shuwa calpis every year 😄.

The last review of the year 2023 is this one, "Tenmei-san"! Nakadori Series No. 1! Fukushima sake has struck me again and I'm completely defeated. I love it 😍 You should move in next door to us now, Fukushima Prefecture! Youthful and refreshing green apple sour ✨ The lees are like apples that have been grated without a care in the world 🍎. Pichy, juicy and quite delicious😁. I heard there are up to Corporal so I'll have to conquer the whole series of this! Only a few hours left for this year! I wish you all a happy new year!

It's sure to be delicious from the looks of it, so we mixed the oli from the start and then opened the bottle! Psshhhh... Push? Did you just say "pshh"? Pushu is the sound of something absolutely delicious! It has the magnificent title of "Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Harami Oragami" and "pshu"! That's absolutely the most powerful thing ever! That's definitely the best, isn't it? I haven't had it yet but it's delicious! I don't need to drink it to know that 😁 Of course I will drink it. So I drank it and found it to be fresh, fruity, silky, carbonated, and very tasty and I loved it 😝. Thank you Fuji Sake Brewery for the gift from the snowy land of fleetingly disappearing white sparkles! 😊✨

Kusatsu Onsen trip, for takeaway at a local liquor store. There were some Macho series on the shelf, but I was so scared that I gave up on them 😅. I mean, I was totally caught by this "Shiboritate Nama" (freshly squeezed raw) 😝. The label isn't very sexy, but it's fruity melon carbonation and very tasty ✨. This raises my expectations for the Macho series 😄✨. By the way, there was a "Tsuchida" tasting booth at one of the liquor stores here, so I tried a few, but they weren't for me 💧. Sake is still very deep 😊.

During my trip to Kusatsu Onsen, I went to a bar near Yubatake. I was so excited and was fascinated by the atmosphere and the name of the place 😝"Secret Gen"...cool ✨. I had to try it! I was even more excited because it was my first time to try the "mokkiri" style. I'm actually a little nervous...how do you drink this? I'm a little nervous... How do you drink this? It's fruity, but it's crisp, dry, and sinks in. I usually drink at home, so sometimes drinking outside like this doubles the flavor ♨The hot water in Kusatsu helps to create the atmosphere. It was a lovely drink ✨ MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Have a happy Christmas 🎄🎅 everyone!

This is my first time here Luke, nice to meet you😊. Junmai Ginjo Hatsushibori-nama, and also Orikarami. I have a weakness for this word - there is no other word that intrigues me like it 😄. (Other words like "light nigori" are also very appealing ✨) The label is impressive, as is the name "Ryu-Kiki", which looks like a shining meteor shower 🌠! Fresh Fruity Sour with a spicy nigga taste of chilli gas is also exquisite and delicious 😁.

What a gentle sweetness, fruity, but what kind of fruit is it? Anyway, it's beautiful, elegant, rounded and very delicious 😊✨. The bottle was opened with a splash and a light sound! It's a grapefruit squash! It's quite gassy right after opening, but it slowly settles down and lands wonderfully after a few days 😊✨. I like this better than the anaglyphs I had before 😍Snoclet is soooo good! The sake is light and very easy to drink and I would recommend it to others😊.

Fukushima sake has got me again ✨ What is it with Fukushima sake? I wish Fukushima Prefecture was right next to my house 😝. I'm tempted to keep it in my mouth for a long time, but the second fermentation starts in my mouth, so I reluctantly gulp it down! Delicious 😍✨ Then I get the urge to take another 🍶 right away 😳gulp 😳gulp 😌 delicious 😍 repeat 😍 and it's gone 😱 According to the label on the back, it can be enjoyed chilled or heated! I'm basically a cold sake drinker, but when it can also be heated up, it's the Otani-san of the sake world ✨MVP Mon!

It's my favorite Schwarzenegger type 😄. It's different from Kamonishiki or Musical Instrument Masamune. The bubbles are so fine and easy to drink that even though it's legal, it's still dangerous 💦. I guess this is also an autumn sake, but I think it's totally fine as a summer sake. I mean, I'd drink it all year round 😊✨.

Since we were in Shiga, we decided to try a local sake, "Shichibon-Yari". It's a refreshing sake for an autumn sake ✨. There are many kinds of autumn sake 😄. As the sweetness fades out, the bitterness lightly finishes it off. It's an ideal flow 😊.

I stopped by a local liquor store on my way back from Lake Biwa, where I went to visit last month, and to my surprise, there was Mr. Murayu! I was surprised to see him there! He is a rare person in my neighborhood, so of course I had to buy it! It's a new taste experience 😄It tastes sweet and sour like plum wine✨. I can't believe it's sake 😁. But it's so good it will be gone soon 😊.

A strange sake that at first turns into banana and later into melon ✨. My favorite so far out of the many (but not many) fall sake I've had this season 😄. It's more like a ripe melon than a fresh fall sake. I love melons 😝✨and the labels are so cute 😁. I'm tempted to collect all the different labels 😊.
