At Kappo Restaurant "Koharubi" (just a home-drink 😝) Oh, this is sweet😅sweet like cotton candy I wonder if it's because it's alsobeared. It seems to contain gas because it makes a light popping sound every time it's opened. I got the impression that it was sweet when I first opened the bottle, but after a few days it seems to have calmed down a bit and become easier to drink. I'm still a beginner of Pon Sake and I don't really understand that part of it yet 😅. But it's delicious😊.

There are always 4 or 5 bottles of sake in our refrigerator (vegetable room) (I really want to put more, but it's too much), and one day my wife saw me lovingly taking a roll call on them every day and gave me the compliment of being an "alcoholic" 💦. So here it is, "Kaze no Mori/Aiyama 807"! The bottle was opened with a light pop and unfortunately the lid didn't pop off. The exquisite complexity gives it a tropical feel, like a carbonated tropical green banana 😊 Delicious! It's a very stylish and cool sake that has a very elegant sweetness that comes in a swoosh and then quickly fades away like a breeze ✨I can confidently recommend this bottle to others 😊.

It's "TAMITSU" local sake! Delicious! I knew it was a melon - a green, young, fresh melon! I love it 😆✨ When you mix in the oli, the taste changes to a mellow silky melon. I was drinking it in high spirits when I ran into the real melon that came out just after the meal for some reason! I wish I didn't, but I tried to compare the tastes... Yes, it is indeed a similar taste! I'll say it again, Tamitsu-san, you really are a melon! I'm sure it's a melon 😊. However... I can't recommend it as a pairing at all 💧.

My favorite Machida, this time Miyamanishiki. I chose Miyamachida (Miyamanishiki Machida) this time because the last Omachida (Oumachi Machida) was so delicious that I became a big fan 😊. This is my first "Kaze no Mori/Summer Night Sky 2022"! The fairy-tale name sounds like a fireworks show, and the bottle was opened with a pop! Fresh, elegant sweetness and umami with just the right amount of gas. I see... for some reason, it really does taste like a fairy tale! I feel like I'm being pulled in by the name again 😅. It might be nice to drink it while looking at the starry sky in the summer night breeze (I can't go to the forest, as expected). It seems to disappear as quickly as a shooting star~☆☆☆. The label on the back says "Please finish by August", but don't worry, it will be finished by the end of June. It's low in alcohol, so I can easily recommend it to beginners and women 😊.

This is my first time to try Okunomi, a Tokyo sake! First of all, I love the look of the blue bottle, as usual! The aroma is cool and refreshing cider 😄. And the taste... This is delicious! I knew I liked it after the first sip! Slightly tangy, sweet and bitter Mamma Otona Ramune! This is it! Just what I was looking for in a summer drink! No matter how old I get, I always want to drink Ramune like a boy in summer! This is a Ramune for old men! I love "Natsu Gecko", a Tokyo sake that I want to drink all year round, not just in the summer 😍.

I was attracted by the cute morning glory label and bought it. It's a morning glory, so it's also a summer sake. So, the fourth summer sake is Shisora-chan (Doremi's sister 😝). More like a ripe banana than a fresh fruit! Aromatic, mellow, gently sweet and delicious😊. After a few days, the taste changes even more and becomes more refreshing and easy to drink! I prefer it after a few days 😄.

I received this as a souvenir from my trip to Osaka The third bottle of summer sake was Ryu-ryoku no Aniki! It is refreshingly light and crisp, with a hint of sweetness. I also like the way it finishes quickly and gracefully. When I turned around, it was like.......................................... A true summer sake 😊. It's a good drink between sweet and fruity sake to connect you to the next one. Like Kawaso's bunt 😅 This is the kind of craftsmanship that I remember from Ryuanyi!

I got it as a souvenir from a trip to Hokkaido. It has a lovely cherry blossom colored label. I guess it's okay to call this a spring sake 😊 because it's so POOR! The aroma is fruity but not too strong, mild and elegant. The taste is clean and fruity with a moderate sweetness. If you taste it carefully, you can find a little bit of tanginess... It has a fresh, spring-like feel to it. I guess it's almost like the label is pulling my strings 😅.

It's about to be my first summer of being addicted to sake 😌. If there is such a thing as "summer sake," I can't help but enjoy it as someone who is addicted to pon-sake 😄. So the second stage of summer sake is this Fudo-san! If someone shows me such a cool and refreshing Idetachi, I'm sure I'll buy it! The bottle already looks delicious (I'm sure there are people who licked the bottle 😅). It doesn't disappoint, it's sweet and fruity and smells fruity too 😁 Delicious! I would have liked a little more summery flavor, but I guess that's what summer sake is all about. I'm going to try various summer sakes this summer to enjoy the season!

I bought it because of its cool and refreshing appearance. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth, it's not fruity, but more like a rich, sweet, silky milky flavor.
