Hayakawa Shuzo's Early Spring, which is brewed by Hayakawa Brewery, was available at my favorite liquor store today, so I immediately bought it and opened the bottle. Fruity taste with malic acid! This is delicious!

I thought it was Tamitsu, but the brand name is Hayaharu. Although I say that I don't like summer sake, I have been aiming for this Bourru for a year now. It is a light nigori sake, so I opened the bottle thinking that it would not be lacking in flavor. It is served cold. When the bottle is opened, there is a short gas sound. The color is a light cloudy milky white. The top aroma is citrusy. It is grapefruit-like. On the palate, there is not much gasiness, and despite the light nigorigo, it is smooth and smooth without any cloying taste. On the palate, the nigori rice flavor spreads slightly in the mouth, followed by a sourness that spreads after swallowing, reminding one of the sweet bitterness of citrus fruits. It is grapefruit-like after all. The bitter aftertaste is short-lived, leaving the taste refreshing and refreshing. Neither the label nor the taste is very sake-like, but... it is delicious. I couldn't buy it last year, so I got my wish 😆. The scent is rumney✨. Pleasant petit gas feeling 😊. Sweet at first, but a refreshing sourness spreads in the second half, making it easy to drink 😋. Finished the drink with flying colors! Excellent👍 This is one I want to drink again next year 😆. I had tsukemen for lunch for the first time in a while! It's been a while since I've had tsukemen (noodles) since I've ordered ramen even at restaurants that are famous for tsukemen 😋. I like the standard seafood type 🍜.

However, my friend and his wife do not drink sake, so we do not drink sake at this party. So we had it early from lunch 🍶. Today we will open a bottle of Hayakawa Sake Brewery's Early Spring Summer Bourru. I had given up on it because it had been a while since I had heard about it from Sake-no-Wawa, but I received a notice from the liquor store where I buy Mie sake that it was still available, so I got it without hesitation. So let's have it right away. The aroma is gentle and sweet. First of all, I drank it without mixing the lees. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet, fresh, and astringent taste comes in a flash, and it is quite tasty. The bitter taste flows smoothly in the end, so it is not too sweet and is very easy to drink. When you roll it around in your mouth, you can feel the sake flavor and it is very satisfying to drink. Next, I mixed the lees and drank it. The spiciness and bitterness are a little more intense and refreshing. It also has a chili chili feeling, and I felt it was a very energetic sake. Of course, the sweetness is still there and very tasty. I am looking forward to the taste change after tomorrow 🎵.
