Souhyo is one of Tochigi's best sake brands!
It has a tight umami flavor and the acidity of a sake yeast yeast, making it classic but relatively easy to drink!
It's like a regular sake that you want to drink little by little with your autumn table!
It's kind of calming! LOL!

I think I drink relatively more sake in Tochigi than in other prefectures, but I haven't had Souhyo yet 😅I would like to try some unique Tochigi sake in Utsunomiya 😋.

I used to have an image of Souhyo as THE dry sake, but when I tried it, I found that it has both umami and acidity, and I really feel it's a good sake 😊.

Souhyo seems to be sold in other prefectures these days, so I highly recommend it if you have the chance!
When you come to Tochigi, please try the sake that can only be found in Tochigi.
