ぴろさん🙂 The peculiar acidity of the Hanabai,.., I like it, lol. I'm a maniac for the fact that it is made with no additive yeast and with a method of "sake brewing that releases acidity without suppressing it" lol. The color is yellowish, and to be honest, it's a bit of a hurdle to overcome as an entry point to sake, but I'm sure it's a sake that acidity lovers can't resist~! I'm sure it will be delicious when it is matured..., Well, I'll drink it up before then ٥∇¯٥ lol

ことりHi Piro 😊I wanted to try Hanaboe's Natur ✖️ Natur and was checking out the sake stores in Nara to see if I could find it without popping in 😅What 🍶 did this Hanaboe taste like that Piro drank? I'm curious😍.

ぴろさんThanks for your help, Kotori-san! Hmmm, I wonder what this is close to ٥∇¯٥ lol I guess it's close to Hanaboe's regular Yamahai, lol.... I'd say it's more like a less umami version of Kuroemon XVI, but that's hard to say... lol! LOL!

ぴろさんIncidentally, I have never had Hanaboe's Natur x Natur, but I have had Mizuhashiashi x Mizuhashi, which had Hanaboe's characteristic sourness but also sweetness like kijoshu, which gave me an impression that it was rather sweet!
Japanese>English
ぴろさんI think Natur x Natur is also probably made like a noble sake, so it might be sweet there! But I expect that Hanaboe is not that tart because it also has acidity! LOL!

ことりPiro-san, good evening😊Thank you so much for all the information! I like sweet and sour too, and I'm always interested in Piro's choice 🍶🤭. I'm drinking Kuroemon XVI's Oumachi right now 🤗It seems to have less umami... 🤔 hmmm

ことりI would like to taste Hanaboe's regular Yamahai and Mizuhashi. I have more things to look forward to 🤭.
