There are so many different kinds and it's difficult. They were delicious! boukenI've never had Shichibondari before because it has an image of dry taste. I've never had it before because of the image of dryness. I often see Tamayakae but not Yamada Nishiki, so I looked for it and bought it. It's not sweet but it's dry and the acidity is a good accent. boukenWhen the temperature rises, the pungent taste stands out. boukenThe sake I bought the other day with Jyushiyo. Let's go again. boukenIt's like a sweet and spicy competition. boukenI went to a liquor store for the first time, and they had it in stock and I could buy it as usual. I've had Hakutsuru Nishiki before, but it's much better. It has a fine sweet flavor and the aroma seems to pop in the mouth.
