Easy to drink. A little spicy afterwards? The words "Golden Crystal" are cute. Even if it doesn't say "Golden Crystal" on the bottle, the design is cute enough to be recognizable as Golden Crystal.
Kinsho Shuzo Brewery
Kinsho Tokubetsu Junmai
This brewery is located in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 60% Fukushima rice.
Gentle and refreshing aroma,
Soft rice flavor,
clean acidity, and a gentle, clear aftertaste.
and a clear aftertaste.
#Nihon-shu
the reverse side of a kanji "suri" radical
Very dry. Tasteless and odorless impression. If I had noticed the softness and umami astringency earlier, it would have been delicious. I did not have enough training.
Purchased at a sake brewery. It is a local product.
New and beautiful building. It seems to have just opened this year. The name "Marusake" is neat.
Iizaka Onsen was also a nice and comfortable place for tourists thanks to the efforts of the local people. It was hot.
Fukushima sake is taking over the refrigerator.
I heard that Kinshuisho was the sake talked about in a certain TV drama. Junmai sake was also delicious. I bought this one.
It is a well-balanced sake with no unpleasant taste. It is very delicious. It has sweetness, acidity, a slight bitterness, depth, and a lingering aftertaste, but it also has a refreshing feeling.

Another bottle was opened at the Kizuna Festival.
Golden crystal that saw the light of day at Izakaya Shinkansen.
Gold Crystal label expressed with a characteristic figure. It is one of my personal favorite labels.
The top-tasting aroma has a very classical sake flavor.
The mouthfeel has a light umami from a hint of sweetness. First contact is lighter than expected. The finish is again full of sake-like aftertaste, with a mild acidity and a strong bitterness.
I had imagined it to be a more mellow and stand-alone sake, but it is considered to be a high performance food sake.
During the festival, I served it with tempura and dried scallops that I bought and brought with me, and it was quite good!
Thanks for the food!
It is a mellow umami-kuchi type that I like. It has a moderate aroma, and is very dry and tasty on the palate.
It was hard to find it, and I finally found it in the Tohoku sake corner in the basement of a department store in Sendai. I heard it was also featured on Izakaya Shinkansen.
Drinking Comparison by Kinkisho's
On the right side, a special junmai.
The rice used is Gohyakumangoku?
This one is also good. ❣️
This one seems more fruity and fuller than Jungin Nakadori.
The mouthfeel is fresh in common, and the sweetness is pleasant.
The back palate has a hint of bitter-sweetness.
Compared to jungin, it is not as good with food,
But it is good in its own way.
Kinshuisho, it is delicious!
Good evening, SanaD 🌃
I see you enjoyed the golden crystal 😆 It's beautiful, slightly fresh and very tasty, but it's hard to find outside of Fukushima 😅.
Hi Kab 😃
This was my first time to see gold crystals and I loved it: ❣️
As you said, I don't see them anywhere I go.
I think it would be popular if you expand your sales channels.
In March, my partner selected Kinkisho's from a liquor store in Fukushima City.
Here is the drinking comparison: ‼️
The first one is "Junmai Ginjo Nakadori" on the left side!
The rice used is "Yume-no-Kou".
Both are delicious, but I think I prefer this one.
The rice is polished to 45%, so it is a genuine daiginjo class.
The mouthfeel is fine and fresh.
It is clear, but you can taste the umami of the rice and a good amount of sweetness, and the bitterness in the back end is a nice accent.
Depending on how you drink it, it feels both sweet and dry.
It's a great balance. ❣️
Golden Crystal, I liked it: ‼️
One of two bottles I purchased when I visited Fukushima City. I think it was about 1,500 yen for a four-pack.
I chose this sake because it is a brewed sake originating from Fukushima City.
The taste is rich and dry. The dry taste becomes a bit bitter as you drink it (I am not a fan of dry sake).
It was delicious.
I wanted to drink this brand when it came out at Izakaya Shinkansen. It is not sold very often.
The taste is as expected!
The bitterness, acidity, and aroma are well balanced.
You can drink it all the time,

Sake with a soft texture and a refreshing aftertaste.
It is a sake that goes well with any meal.

Kinjiro Saito, the first brewer, started brewing sake (before that, he was a farmer and an innkeeper). The name "Kinsho" comes from the fact that there was a mountain producing gold and crystal near the brewery.
Tasted under the same conditions (microwave 600W 1min 20sec warmed sake) ^^^;.
Green.
The taste of rice? Enjoy the deliciousness of sake.
It has "a refreshing start, full of umami, and a refreshing aftertaste. The balance is good.... Such a green color.
Next, blue.
I always feel it is close to the cup sake........ Why is that? Sawayaka-sa" is strong green color.
Is it different by rice? I can't come to a conclusion.
Complexity expands the enjoyment. Sake is truly profound.
The result of the medical checkup was fine.
