Today we will have our second bottle of Maison Aoi...it is expensive at 4000 yen...but my partner wants to drink it so I bought it.
The aroma is a little lactic. It has a coherent acidity and sweetness in the mouth, and it disappears nicely.
It has a sweetness like lychee and melon.
It is delicious with cured ham. The rice seems to be Miyamanishiki. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink.
I'm drinking it with my Fuji Rock delivery as a snack 🍶.
