Another bottle was opened at the Kizuna Festival. Golden crystal that saw the light of day at Izakaya Shinkansen. Gold Crystal label expressed with a characteristic figure. It is one of my personal favorite labels. The top-tasting aroma has a very classical sake flavor. The mouthfeel has a light umami from a hint of sweetness. First contact is lighter than expected. The finish is again full of sake-like aftertaste, with a mild acidity and a strong bitterness. I had imagined it to be a more mellow and stand-alone sake, but it is considered to be a high performance food sake. During the festival, I served it with tempura and dried scallops that I bought and brought with me, and it was quite good! Thanks for the food!

Tonight I'm having this one 🍶. I got this on my trip to Fukushima last month! I've been wanting to drink this since I saw it on Izakaya Shinkansen 🍶✨. They are the only sake brewery in Fukushima city😃. Mellow, refreshing, oicy❕. The aroma is slightly fluffy 💠. Slightly crisp but still mild 🌸🍶✨. This is a great one ❕. I'm glad I found you 😆. I also love the fukushima saké💗. It's very tasty.

National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part78 Fukushima ③. The last part of the National Sake Fair... Kinsho Sake Brewery in Fukushima City! I've been to the Osaka department store a few times, but this is the first time I've had a drink there. I didn't buy it because I thought the overall price was too high 😅. Polishing ratio 55%, Yume-no-Kou 15%, 2400 yen It was sweet and delicious. Maybe I should try it next time I visit a department store 🤔. I was annoyed when I left the venue to go to the restroom because the light of fireflies started playing and I was told that the restrooms were closed 😒. I met up with Eezy and we took the subway halfway home together 😊. It was two days full of brain juice. 158 warehouses in 2 days? Thank you to Thank you so much to Mr. Umaumai, Mr. Nemuchi, and Mr. Iji for sharing with us this time 🙇. I guess next year it will be back in Tokyo, but some people didn't know it was in Osaka, so there was a complete lack of publicity. The New Sake Competition open sake tasting is still in Tokyo, and that's a completely bad idea. I'm sure there are a lot of people who are looking for that... I guess they combined it with the Shochu-Awamori Fair, so the admission fee was higher, but I think it would have been better to make it a separate event and make it cheaper 🤔.

I’ve been keeping this one for a few weeks as I was disappointed on initial tasting, even thought it’s not namazake. As opened, it was spicy, with the taste of rice and hint of bitterness, then nothing! The taste did not linger at all! After 2 weeks in the refrigerator, I still get the spicy start, but not as strong, then a lingering savouriness with a hint of melon and pineapple, with stronger rice and touch of bitterness. Not up to the flavour of the other Fukushima nihonshu…

It is moderately sweet, but you can taste enough of the fine sweetness. It is the best sake when you want to taste elegant and subtle sweetness.

Today, I accidentally, inadvertently, drank a glass of "Amabuki". I drank all of it, so I'll have some more. It is a junmai ginjo sake from the only sake brewery in Fukushima City, Kinsho! There used to be a brewery along the Oshu highway, but due to the earthquake The brewery was located along the Oshu Highway, but due to the earthquake, they were unable to continue to brew it, so they moved to a new location. We will have a bottle. It is a delicious, gentle drinking sake, or is it a medium-bodied sake? You can taste the rice flavor and the nourishing taste. The first sake of the year was I learned about this sake at Izakaya Shinkansen. I learned about this sake from Izakaya Shinkansen and sent the same sake to my father at home (laugh). The sake is slightly sweet on the palate and has a pleasant aroma, but when you drink it, it has a robust flavor and lingers for a long time. It was an interesting and good sake! It was well received by my father and brother at home. I look forward to drinking it again this year!
