Not very strong but nice aroma. Like pear or muscat. When you drink it, you get the impression that it is packed with various flavors, including sweetness and umami. However, it is not heavy. After swallowing, the aroma that escapes into the nose is sweet and pleasant. It was a delicious sake.

At room temperature. The aroma is apple-like. Soft sweetness spreads on the palate. Delicious! A bit of bitterness finishes it off. A beautiful sake. But you can also feel its weight. I thought it had a good balance. On the second day, I chilled it and drank it. The umami and sweetness increased, but the cleanness remained. I found myself drinking a lot of it. It was a delicious sake! Yamanashi has a strong image of wine. I had no idea there was such a delicious sake.

Juicy aroma. Drink it chilled. The acidity is not that strong, but there is a hint of sweetness. Soon the bitterness (astringency?) It is very refreshing. It is very refreshing. As it approaches room temperature, it softens and becomes even easier to drink. I thought it might have a different flavor as time goes by, so I tried it again on the second day. The flavor was more delicious. It was easier to drink with meals.

It's been a year since I got stuck in the sake swamp. It has been a year since I started Sake-no-wa. I decided to go to a sake shop I don't usually go to and try a brand I don't usually see. I decided to try a brand that I don't usually see, so I looked it up on the Internet and found Shinmasa Cosmos at the store I visited. I had been wondering when I would be able to try it, so I was happy to pick it up. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt the delicious sourness spreading like a sizzle. There is sweetness as well, but it kicks in right after the jouwer. Gorgeous! Day 2. The sweetness and umami are becoming clearer and more delicious. No wonder it is so popular, it is a very tasty sake.

I have wanted to try this sake ever since I got hooked on sake. The acidity is strong (in the front). A hint of sweetness. Umami in the distance. The bitterness comes at the end and it finishes quickly. Delicious and refreshing. It was a delicious and dangerous sake, and if you are not careful, you might finish a bottle right away. Postscript After taking it out of the refrigerator for a little time, the temperature rises. The sweetness and umami taste went up a lot! I really like this flavor too.

Melon and pear-like aroma. When you drink it. It tastes so good that you might think it is melon juice. It is soft on the palate and has a good acidity. It leaves a nice umami taste in the mouth, making it a happy taste. I have always wanted to try this Kouei Kiku. After drinking it... I became a fan of this one after one sip.

I bought this electric chrysanthemum as a reward after a big work day. Fluffy lychee-like aroma. It is juicy and has a sweet flavor that is not unpleasant. I found myself drinking more and more of this delicious sake. I wanted to drink it slowly and savor it when I was not too tired. I will buy it again if I come across it again☆.

I have been buying Kangiku sake whenever I see it since I discovered how delicious it is. It is a once-fired sake, but it has a freshness like fresh sake. It has a delicious juice (sourness) and gasiness like apples or oranges. It has just the right amount of sweetness. This makes me want to drink another series.

From the nose, I could detect some apple and pineapple acidity, but But when I drank it, I found that there was not much acidity and It was not very sweet. It was a classic sake, which I could not imagine from the label. At 17% alcohol by volume, it is a delicious sake that makes you feel good.

I saw this bottle at a liquor store. I was attracted by its cuteness and picked up a bottle. I could feel the cat's softness in the sake. It has a gentle sweetness and umami flavor.
