I picked it up unexpectedly because it popped differently from the label I knew.
The aroma has an acidity like green apple or pineapple.
I drank it cold.
As is typical of nama-zake (?), there is a slight stimulation on the tongue. A bit of stimulation on the tongue.
There is almost no sweetness.
The bitterness is strong, but not unpleasant.
It is not the type that envelopes the meal, but the type that accompanies the meal (it does not assimilate, but it does not go with the meal).
When it comes back to room temperature, the sweetness can be felt.
I prefer it at room temperature.
