I picked it up because it said "limited quantity". I did not have high expectations, but it was very tasty! It had just the right amount of sweetness and juiciness, with just the right amount of bitterness and sourness coming through. It was so good that I was thinking of going out and buying all of them!

First of all, it is very inexpensive! I guess it may be because it is a real brew, but with this taste... it is very cosy! It's so cheap! The sweetness and umami spread out, with a slight bitterness coming in at the end. It is like a delicious everyday sake that can be drunk easily.

The aroma is very fruity. When you drink it, contrary to your imagination, it has a strong bitter taste and is dry. I had it with the Akinatai fish. The best marriage.

I kept it in the fridge for a while after I bought it. I opened the bottle to drink it in the summer. It has a nice, light bubbly taste. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. It has just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness. It is a very tasty sake that goes well with summer.
