It's been a year since I got stuck in the sake swamp.
It has been a year since I started Sake-no-wa.
I decided to go to a sake shop I don't usually go to and try a brand I don't usually see.
I decided to try a brand that I don't usually see, so I looked it up on the Internet and found Shinmasa Cosmos at the store I visited.
I had been wondering when I would be able to try it, so I was happy to pick it up.
The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt the delicious sourness spreading like a sizzle.
There is sweetness as well, but it kicks in right after the jouwer.
Gorgeous!
Day 2.
The sweetness and umami are becoming clearer and more delicious.
No wonder it is so popular, it is a very tasty sake.
