I'm a little late to the party, but I've just had a bottle of Edogari.
It is said to be fired, but when it is poured into a glass, it has a shiny, thin and cloudy appearance, which makes us expect more!
The aroma is gorgeous, with a hint of sourness that is typical of Sengoku.
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is full of lactic acidity.
It is pleasantly tangy on the tip of the tongue. ☺️
Although it is a pure sake, the impression is light and thin. It is a little dry.
The third picture is of my daughter (8 years old) who can't drink sake.
She said, "Adults are good...".

Hi Hiro 😃
You are back in Edo 🤗We have only had the fresh Zero, not the Ichi yet 🥲but I know it is delicious 🤭.
I can tell from your kids that you drink it well 😁.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby!
I am so jealous of your raw zero!
Here it was more cloudy last night when I turned the bottle over and shook it well. It's like calpis🍶.
My daughter loves salty food, so she's going to be a drinker😇.
