Hop Doburoku from Pukupuku Brewery.
A low alcohol sake brewed with hops and malted rice.
Now, how does it taste?

This is the first time I've had this texture!
Quite a lot of fine bubbles rush in in a great amount😍It is no exaggeration to say that this is a sake that you can eat with the rice koji remaining as grains.
It has more graininess than amazake.
It has more core rice texture than risotto 🌾.
Refreshingly sweet, but not too sweet.
It has a clean aftertaste, so it was empty in an instant.
It is a delicious sake 🍶🍶🍶.
