On this day, we went skiing to Kinugawa Onsen in Tochigi Prefecture ⛷️ One 🍶 from a family who carpooled with us in their car. Hop Doburoku from Pukupuku Brewery. A low alcohol sake brewed with hops and malted rice. Now, how does it taste? Shuwaku shuwaku and throttle ⁉️ This is the first time I've had this texture! Quite a lot of fine bubbles rush in in a great amount😍It is no exaggeration to say that this is a sake that you can eat with the rice koji remaining as grains. It has more graininess than amazake. It has more core rice texture than risotto 🌾. Refreshingly sweet, but not too sweet. It has a clean aftertaste, so it was empty in an instant. It is a delicious sake 🍶🍶🍶.

Good morning Jay & Nobby 🌞. It was -8℃ on the ski slopes 🥶, but the snow was perfect and great 😆. It was a strange drink (food), carbonated like beer because it is brewed with hops, sludgy but refreshing!
