Next is a pink label "Mutsu Hachisen". Sake from a business associate 🍶. Mmmm, delicious 🤤. I kept thinking about how similar it was to something, and it made me sleepy 💤. Yay, it's warm and it's lunchtime, and I've had lots of delicious snacks, so I can relax... I was in a dozing mood, but I remembered "Kido". I had an image that Hachisen was a bit drier, but this one had sweetness and juicy banana flavor. The label is similar too, come to think of it. I'm so happy!

Cherry blossom viewing again🌸 It's Monday, the last day of the cherry blossom season. I couldn't have a New Year's Eve or New Year's party with my workmates, so I decided to go and see cherry blossoms. I think Kinuta Park is one of the best hanami spots in Tokyo. It's a huge park with a huge number of cherry trees, and the lawn is the best place to view cherry blossoms. The branches reach down to the ground and the falling cherry blossoms are just like a snowstorm. It was a pleasant time when the weather was warm and sunny and it was as if the time had stopped. ⌛️ Olisee Chameleon tastes like muskmelon and has the richness and slight bubbles characteristic of cloudy wine. It blew me away when I opened the bottle. 🗯️ I was glad it was outside! It's so tasty and easy to drink 🍶.

I was able to revisit the delicious sake I tasted last year 👏. Dusk Orange Very tasty orange juice 🍹! It's the best 😆. The first glass tastes sweet like strawberries and is clear and refreshing 🍓. After a little time in the glass, the sourness increases and the taste changes to almost lemon-like 🍋. Last year's impression was that the taste kept changing and I could taste many different fruits, so I'm really looking forward to this one 😊.

To be continued~. The cherry blossoms came out at night and delicious sake was served. I was so drunk that I was losing focus of my mail 😅. Oh my, this is delicious 🤤. The cloudy acidity worked well, and although the alcohol content was low, the flavor was strong. I would like to try this sake again 🍶. We ended the festival with this, it was a good cherry blossom festival to escape the rain 🌸.

It was a lukewarm day today with heavy rain and the cherry blossoms dancing in the air. ☔️ Last Saturday, there was a cherry blossom festival🌸 in our neighborhood, so I went to see cherry blossoms with my friends. I had a cup of "SAKURA CUP" with me, which I had saved for the cherry blossom viewing! It's a pure Dai Dai that tastes like melon 🎵. It's delicious and refreshing 🤤. We shared one cup among several people, so it was an instant kill. ⚔️ I think I'll use the empty bottle as a toothpick holder! It's also nice to arrange cherry blossoms!

To be continued! I forgot to take a picture of the bottle so I borrowed it from the internet: 🙇‍♂️ Junmai Daiginjo from Shinshu Kamerei. Another clear, sweet and delicious sake 🍶. Light and fragrant sake, perfect for a meal 👌 The dishes were kohada millefeuille, beef tongue, charbroiled burdock and lotus root mixed rice. I was so hungry and full of energy. It was a time when I wished I had a stomach that could eat forever. We finished with baked marshmallows and ice cream monaca. The food was very appealing and the ingredients were carefully selected. We were very satisfied with the rare sake. I will do my best for the next project 😤.

The maitake mushrooms are made from oak wood. Each ingredient is cooked with a different fuel (wood or straw), and the variety of flavors and dishes is astonishing.

PREMIUM sake with a premium experience 🍶. It was a celebration at the end of a job 🎉. It was a great moment for us to see how happy our clients were with the job we successfully completed. ☺️ We will do our best for the next jobs to come! Now, this restaurant serves premium sake and food. We were told that they have Tasake (rice wine), so we asked them about it and they served us a special one ♡. The sparkling black bottle was lying out of the box. The label of Tasake is different from usual and the spirit is exceptional! The taste is, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! Delicious! It looks so clear and tastes so clear and beautiful mountain melt water. 🏔️ The thick sweetness is not unpleasant and disappears quickly. It was so delicious that by the time I realized it, it was gone... Oh, see you again!

To be continued... The last sake of the day was "Yamamoto Kiki Uki Uki"! I was curious about this sake from your post 🍶. A well-timed sip 🎵 I see that the cloudy color expresses the melting of the snow! It has a smooth texture and a light sweetness. It's easy to drink with a touch of schwarziness 🍶. My daughter, who loves pickles, is eating gourd shibazuke and plum crystals lol. I don't think any elementary school kid eats gourds! Her brother was chewing on the freshly fried thickly sliced deep-fried tofu with a burn 😝. But still, the food comes out at a great speed. Great restaurant👍Will visit again! Oh, and the last one was a grilled rice ball for the end of the meal 🍙. They put cheese in between and seasoned it with sweetfish fish sauce. And they wrap it with prosciutto ham! Also delicious!

Spring break is here🌸 I am working. The children are spending their time leisurely. Thank you for a year of hard work, mama! Well, today, I was at a restaurant. I found a new policy, so I'll start with the first drink 🍶. It's an ash from the Colors series 🍶. The aroma is fresh, the taste is clear, and you can feel the full-bodied sake yeast. It has a refreshing aroma and a clear, full-bodied flavor. The acidity and sharpness in the aftertaste make it easy to drink. It seems that it was the last glass, so we got a little extra as a free gift. It's really delicious! The crispy green peppers on homemade salsiccia were a perfect accompaniment! Seriously delicious!

Today I was on a business trip to Osaka on the first flight 🚅. The weather was very nice and I was able to see the beautiful Mt. I always try to get a good shot over this aqueduct, but 90% of the time it is covered by the trusses of the bridge I am crossing in the foreground. Fuji always looks majestic and imposing. Now that you are tired after a day trip, let's have a glass of Natur. The rice polishing ratio is 90%! It is very full-bodied and has a superb balance of tanginess and acidity! It's an amazing sake! It certainly takes you back in time. I've never been back in time, but sake from the Edo period and long ago must have tasted like this. It is so because Mr. Sengoku says so. Ah, delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

On "Vernal Equinox Day," Tokyo became a cold spring with big thunder ⚡️ and rain ☔. Last week was hot and sweaty and I was fighting with pollen, but when it suddenly gets cold, spring seems so far away. Today is a national holiday, so I cooked. It was a menu of fried rice with canned mackerel miso and Chinese soup. I opened the sake before cooking, so I didn't think about the combination at all 😆. Nice to meet you, Urasato-san. I was curious about this because of your delicious review on Sake no Wa. I opened the bottle after mixing the cloudy, thick, 15mm thick, sunken oli and opened the bottle! The crown blew off 🫅. The sweet aroma of this beer was very pleasant, and the anticipation was very high. It has a sweet taste like 🍓, a fermentation shuwa, a tangy texture on the tongue, and a cloudy richness. It's a sake that makes you go gulp 🍶. Delicious! I'm drunk before cooking ^_^.

Today is my birthday 🎂 Thank you 😊😊😊😊 I didn't want to be 40, but in the blink of an eye I'm 43... Lately I can't see close anymore 👁️ I hope I can cherish every day so that I can reevaluate myself these days and spend the days ahead in a meaningful way... Today's main sake is Akabu "Soul No Daikyo". I think Akabu should be in the Hall of Fame🙆. Everyone will be happy to taste this sake, the power to brew this kind of sake is amazing. This one has a terrific aroma, a sense of schwarziness, and a sweetness and sharpness that clings to the tongue. Very delicious 😋. No way it's brewed with brewer's alcohol! How is it possible to create such a taste? It was delicious!

Next up... Sake from my hometown Shiga I had a sake connoisseur friend from work come over, so I was eager to try some sake from Shiga. This is the first muddy sake I've had, but I had the impression that the Amedare Ishi wo Kakutsu was very tasty. I thought it would have the richness, depth, and schwarziness of a muddy sake, but it didn't, lol. But it was still delicious 😋. It is a very mild and flavorful drink that will keep you coming back for more 🍶. Then the cake was a surprise 😮. My daughter and I were born in March and they celebrated 🎂. Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊. It's a blessing to be able to celebrate!
