Second bottle of sake at my brother's house. This sake is similar to doburoku, which my brother likes. It was recommended and purchased by a friend who lived in Nagano (^o^)
The aroma is of rice and alcohol. When you drink it, you will be surprised by its sweetness. It also has a strong alcohol taste. I drank Michelle first, so I may have felt it more than I should have (lol).
It's like an alcoholic version of amazake. It's hard to describe, but it's very unique. People who like doburoku will like it. It's delicious, though.
