しんしんSYToo much fun in Parque España and a day off the night before. Today, we visited Ise and Vison, and went to Kuwana at night. The welcome drink at the hotel was a local Kuwana sake! When I tried it, I found it refreshing and sweet! It is described as berry-like. After a quick drink, we headed to our reserved restaurant 🍶. extensive knowledge We are pleased to introduce "Kuwana", a sake brewed with two types of sake rice, "Mie Yamadanishiki" and "Kami no Ho", both of which are well known in the "Sashimi" series. It has a soft flavor with a mild aroma reminiscent of berry fruits. This sake has the characteristics of both "Yamadanishiki" with its fruity and full flavor and "Kami no Ho" with its gentle taste. しんしんSYDinner at Miyako Resort Shima Bayside Terrace 🍽️ I made a reservation in advance for French cuisine. Basically, it seems that wine is the main attraction of the restaurant. If we had chosen the Japanese cuisine, we could have selected the five different kinds of sake served at the summit, but they only have one kind of sake. When I asked him what it was, he said "Hanzo&". I said, "That's nice," and they brought it to me! I have had Hanzo & at Fukurokuju in the past, but I was right in choosing it. When it was just put in the wine glass, there was a little bit of alcohol smell, but it soon disappeared and turned into a fruity, deliciously sweet wine with a ginjo aroma! The fish dish was Spanish mackerel! The pink sauce was made with beets and Hanzo's sake lees, which gave it a unique taste! The meat is roast beef! This sake was great with both fish and meat! Later I found out that the yeast was 1801! No wonder it's my favorite 😊. This was my drink of choice for the day 🍶. A few words on the subject Alcohol 16%. Ingredient rice: Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Yeast Kyokai 1801 Polishing ratio 50%.
