The final sake was this Yamama Comet. I had this here again last spring. And it was a limited edition, a bit expensive! We enjoyed this fresh sake! It was snowing last night and the outside was covered with lingering snow! Next, a combination of Kyushu sake First up is Wakatakeya, a Fukuoka sake. I don't usually come across it very often. I checked on Sake-no-Wawa, and as I thought, it was the first time I was told about it by people in Fukuoka! After that, we went to Fukurokuju for one more time! It's a rare sake, isn't it? This Purple Space Sugitama label is a new sake. I had this once two years ago. I usually see Shihuyu often, but this one is a rarity! As I mentioned earlier, very tasty! The best of the day! The next pairing was another brand from the Mutsu Hachisen brewery. This is only the third time to drink Mutsu Otokoyama! This CLASSIC Nouveau Nouveau Namae is my first time! I thought it was dry, but my senses were a little concerned about the sweetness. I wonder what it is? I wonder if it's because it's been aged for a while. I'll drink it without worrying about it. The entrée has arrived! Gyoja garlic sausage and char-grilled lamb! This restaurant had a bottle of Jyushiyo, but it was a little too expensive! I asked the manager about it later, and he told me that the store was temporarily closed until the 12th due to an employee training trip.
