I went to Wajima by chance. This is the second sake I drank there. It was a somewhat light, refreshing, classic sake type. Even my colleagues, who do not usually drink sake, liked it. It was not the type of sake I usually like, but as I drank more and more of it, it started to taste good in my throat, which was a somewhat strange experience. Sake Boutique Okuda 3-65 Hozhi Hatakeda, Wajima City The sake was purchased at Sake Boutique Okuda, 3-65 Hozhi Hatakeda, Wajima. It was still in business after the earthquake. They had a variety of Noto's local sake such as Takeba.

I went to Wajima by chance. This is the first sake I drank there. As the label says, it is light, more like a classic sake, with a low alcohol content of 9%, which makes it easy to drink. It has both umami and acidity. While many stores in downtown Wajima have yet to reopen for business, we purchased this sake at Freshland Maruko, one of the few supermarkets that remained open until relatively easy to use hours. It has been almost five months since the disaster, and there are still many collapsed houses blocking the roads, but the media coverage of the disaster is decreasing, and the local people are worried that the disaster will be forgotten. As in the case of the Great East Japan Earthquake, we ask for everyone's continued support. We should not forget about Tohoku, though.

Thick mouthfeel, fruity aroma, acidity and sweetness. Slight gassy feeling on the tip of the tongue. Delicious. It is hard to believe that this is a 65% polished sake. It is a Junmai Ginjo class taste. The price is reasonable, but.... We also have a leaflet of Kagura-sama designed by Mai Yoneyama.

The aroma is very classic sake. It is a "kamishige" style sake, as it should be. It has a mild, mildly dry, refreshing taste. After drinking it down, you will feel a sharp sensation in your throat. The label has a cute flower design, but it is Otokoyama's label. I thought I would try Kamikawa Taisetsu for my first Hokkaido sake, but I couldn't beat the Hokkaido Fair that I saw... lol.

The milk from Jersey cows must be so rich that it even smells slightly like natural cheese. However, it is not as strong as the yogurt sake from the Matsui Sake Brewery in Kyoto, which we previously reported on, and can be poured easily (laugh). The alcohol content is only 5%, so it is light and easy to drink. It was a delicious alcoholic drinkable yogurt. I accidentally let the expiration date pass, so I pulled it out and am drinking it now ^_^;.

Slightly effervescent, medium-mouthful sake that can be enjoyed lightly. At 12% alcohol, it is relatively light. Compared to SORAH from the same brewery, it tastes more like sake. I bought a bottle and drank it at the brewery, where I stayed diagonally across the street to use the corner bar. You can try it in a plastic cup at the store, but it is just a taste test, so I am drinking the one I bought at the inn. It is delicious.

It has a slight tangy gas feeling on the tip of the tongue, moderate acidity, and a fair amount of umami. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has a clear taste with no cloying flavors. It was more modern than the Unfolded Sake (Jun Dai) from the same Un series. I bought it because it will be discontinued after this season, but I would have liked to drink more of it.

Slightly acidic. Slightly dry, slightly light. It is the only Junmai Daiginjo in the Tanohata series, so it has a clear taste, but it is a beautiful sake that is not too polished to the point of being difficult to understand. It was an excellent product to be enjoyed with a meal.

The aroma is subdued, with a slight zing. It has a mellow mouthfeel and is refreshing with a predominantly acidic flavor. I thought it was a standard sake that was modest and had little assertiveness. I thought it was kind that the reading was written at the bottom of the label. I don't think most people can read it, though (lol).

It was quite thick, so I had it with soda. It was delicious. I bought this on a spring tour of Tokaido sake breweries. I don't feel so much salt. It may be a secret flavor or an effect to enhance the flavor of the yuzu, but it tastes good without any discomfort. It is healthier than regular sake because it has a lower alcohol content than regular sake.

It was a skippy adult rum. Not too sweet, not too spicy, it was like a soft drink with alcohol. It is delicious. It popped when I opened the bottle, but there were no bubbles. but there were no bubbles and no overflowing. That's just our case. The first sip was quite heavy on the throat, but it calmed down as the sipping progressed.

I went to the Ayu Masamune Fair starting today. I ordered a very limited set of sake to compare. Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake "Ayu" is indeed a junmai daiginjo, and I can only describe it as delicious. It has a mellow mouthfeel, mild flavor, and a bit of acidity. The next sake, unfiltered junmai nama sake "AYUMASAMUNE" is as delicious as the jun Dai. It is mellow, acidic and full-bodied, with the difference being the junmai's lack of over-polishing. Then there was the junmai nigori sake "Sakororo," an alcoholic amazake with a refreshingly sour taste. Of course it was delicious. Finally, I ordered a separate Junmai Ginjo "Hatsuayu" that I wanted to try from the standard set. It was both sweet and sour, and had a refreshing taste like a junmai ginjo. After that, we visited Hankyu Umeda, Hanshin Umeda, Daimaru Umeda, Yamanaka Sake no Eki Marche, and also visited Edion Sake Store and Sake no Yamamoto! Whity's Niigata Okome had a lineup of Sake-no-jin limited edition junmai and junmai spring-fermented sake. I would have brought him home if I had less stock at home....

First time at Kuheiji's. Oh, wow.... It's really good. It has a moderate acidity, and if we were to say it is sweet or spicy, it would be about the middle of the range. It seems to be closer to the middle of the range of sake than I had imagined.

It is sweet and tasty, a little sour, light and gassy, and a little spicy, which is a little surprising. The second type, Shin Takachiyo, is just as delicious as expected. It is a bit frustrating that so many new varieties are released in a row this season that it is difficult to catch up with them all.

The aroma is subdued. The clean, pleasant acidity and the alcohol kick that comes later in the throat give it a less classic sake feel, despite its faint yellow appearance. It has won the gold medal of the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award" for three consecutive years starting in 2019. I made a hasty selection at a kiosk I entered when changing trains at Okayama Station, and it was a winner.

Classic, mellow, sake-like flavor, slightly dry, umami, and a bit of sweetness. This is a type of sake that I usually tend to avoid, but I happened to stop by a storefront where they were offering tastings, and after trying several reasonably priced ones, I got this one. Sake is difficult to taste because it can veer in many different directions, from sweet and sour to spicy and bitter, to aroma and weight, but it is also very enjoyable.

Mellow, sweet and fluffy, with a tangy, gassy flavor. Fairly firm body. First step for me, it's delicious. I'm looking forward to drinking the light nigori I bought with it.

Mild mouthfeel, classic sake-type aroma, a little acidity. I see that this is the IWC Champion Sake. And Nanbu Bijin is wonderful for selling it in a cup. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Creamy, yet fresh rum. It's good. Just delicious. Ah, the happiness of being able to drink good alcohol with good taste. It was quite a vigorous nigori sake, and it took a while before the bubbling subsided enough to pour. It took a while before the bubbling subsided enough to pour, but it wasn't as bad as the winter bomb of Daisenji Shirakiku.

It is a clear, slightly light, and fresh sake! It is nigori (nigori is a kind of "cloudy" sake), but since it is fire-aged, it only has a slight effervescence. The brewer poured four different kinds of sake for us to compare. He filled the usual small plastic cups with about 1cm of the sake, so we were so happy that we stocked up on another 4-goupe bottle. I was so happy that I stocked up on another 4-goupe bottle, even though my fridge was full....
