It has a clean, refreshing mouthfeel, softly sweet with a mild acidity. The rice and umami flavors follow afterward. The alcohol content is 17%, so it has a bit of a heavy alcohol taste, but it is a fresh, easy-to-drink, and delicious sake unique to the limited-edition brewery-biraki sake. The photo was taken when we visited the brewery at the Fushimi Sake Corridor in October, and there was a long line of people waiting even before the 10:00 a.m. start time.

A bottle I bought at a brewery in GW. Mizuki Shigeru Road was designed to be enjoyed at night, with spotlights illuminating the ground with floating yokai. Slightly acidic, slightly sweet and delicious. I don't like to use this expression, but it has a strong cemedine-type alcohol taste. The bitterness felt in the throat is also strong. The fact that it is somewhat fruity may be a proof that it is still a pure sake. The label on the previous bottle was a metallic silver monochrome color because it was a fire-brewed sake, but this one seems to be colored because it is a nama-shu. It was a good sake in terms of type. Thanks for the drink!

I have other records I'm hoarding, but I'll list them first because this was awesome. Water! Water anyway! So smooth! It was a beautiful, refreshing and delicious sake! I was surprised that this was sold for 2,200 yen for a 4-pack. If you see it, get it immediately! It's a shame I couldn't buy it due to space issues in my fridge 😫.

When I was in the Umeda area, a Kumamoto fair was being held and I got this set there. I assume that you usually prefer the modern type, sweet and fruity, and drink it chilled. Reizan Aso Junmai Acidic, rich, classic on the palate, but not unpleasant. Kameman Dry Junmai, clean, normally dry, good. Koroh Junmai Ginjo Slightly classic, slightly mellow, acidity-driven. I remember seeing Kumamoto Prefectural Sake Brewing Laboratory sometimes with Eikun's X. Conclusion: All of them are good as food sake.

The aroma was fruity and slightly sweet, with a clean, crisp, slightly bitter aftertaste. It was a delicious sake with a strong push because it was a draft sake. I took a bottle home with me when I went on a trip to Toyama last year. I have seen Fumikiku at Takashimaya, but never Haneya, so I thought it must be the other way around. I think it's the other way around. But my refrigerator is always full, so I can't just buy it and go home.

It is brewed with 70% polished rice, which is a high percentage of unpolished rice, but there is none of the complexity, harshness, or peculiarity that can be found in such sakes, and I think it is brewed well and beautifully. My wife and I tried a few and decided that it would be a good choice since it is low in alcohol content. But when I looked at it, it was 17%...?

The top aroma is quite fruity, and the mouthfeel is rather dry and light. The overtone is unusual and classic, and the taste is different from the local sake we usually get from various regions. It is different from the sake we usually get from other local breweries. I have a bottle of Kinkap available, so I will try it sometime soon. Thank you for the sake.

1 Mild mouthfeel, sweet, rather dark, with a touch of spiciness. As you drink more, it becomes mildly sweet. 2 Gassy, milky, ricey and sweet. Then it is delicious. The feeling does not change as you drink more. It is just like nigori sake. 4 Sweet wine-like mouthfeel, medium, slightly thin. It came to the brewery opening. The sake breweries that appear at Sake-no-Wawa are all well-known throughout Japan, and the sake you buy at the stores is also from those breweries, but you can't turn a blind eye to the local breweries in Osaka either. There were various stalls, performances by local artists, and the festival was quite lively. Next year, I hope to come with my wife and enjoy more brands.

It has a slightly yellowish appearance, a slightly thick mouthfeel, a fruity aroma, a refreshing sweetness, and a slightly delicious flavor. It disappears easily and crisply. Even after a year, even after being fire-aged, it is still a quintessential Nabeshima. It had the standard taste of beautiful sake. It is unquestionably good! I kept it refrigerated even though it was fire-aged. I bought this bottle at the nearby Iimori Sake Brewery during my visit to Hizenhama last summer, as the brewery does not sell retail. At the time, they only had this Yamadanishiki and a bottle of summer moon, and I couldn't travel with a bottle on my back, so I went with this one. The first time I had Nabeshima was with San-do at a bar in Fukuoka, and now I feel like drinking San-do as well! When I went to buy Denshogiku the other day, they were selling Ni-no-jo and Nanano-jo side by side!

As the label says, this year's Niwolf was low-polished, and the 80%-polished Aizan was made in pursuit of Aizan-ness and Niuzan-ness. It has a fresh aroma, sweet and sour taste, and umami flavor, with a fairly firm body and a gassy feeling on the tip of the tongue. There was also a sense of alu on the tip of the tongue. It is a beautiful sake with a deep flavor. On the third day after opening the bottle, it was still sweet, delicious, and rich. It was the best sake we had at the Koshi Fair at Asano Sake Shop last February, but we were not able to bring it home that year, and it took us a year to get it this spring. Finally, we were able to open the bottle.

Oh. Slightly darker, richer mouthfeel. More of a classic type. Slightly sweet, with a bit of sourness. When I tasted it carefully, I thought the bitterness came later. On both the first and second days, the bottle opened with a pleasant sound, but there was no gaseous sensation. I was not sure which one to open since it was a special sake day, but I was late on my way home from work and could not prepare much, so I went with this one, which I could drink in a relaxed manner without being overbearing. As with many other things, the BY date was one year ago (smiles).

Clean and fruity, light in mouthfeel, sweet and slightly acidic. I felt a hint of spiciness as it went down my throat. When the bottle was opened, the cork popped with a small sound, but it was not so loud that it blew out due to the internal pressure alone. Well, it is fire-aged. The second day, the impression remained the same, and the sake was clean and light, and since it was fire-aged even though it needed to be refrigerated, it seemed to me to be an excellent sake, more mature, calm, and graceful than various other sake. In the cold winds of February, my second son was curious about this bottle, so we went to the brewery to get a bottle. Whoa, whoa, whoa. At first glance, I thought it would be a classic sake to be served warm, unlike the gorgeous Mimurosugi that we all know and love. It is a strange sake with a flavor that is both classic and fruity. Sweetness, acidity, umami, and a caramel-like bitterness all cohabit in harmony, making it a cohesive and delicious sake. The photo shows the Miwa Lore brewery, which began operating in the spring, and the store in front of the station, which can be seen from the waiting room of JR Miwa Station. It was freezing, but we had ice cream and amazake (sweet sake).

I have been so busy for a while that I have not been able to upload the photos of the alcoholic beverages I have been consuming. I didn't even take a picture of it until after it was empty. Fruity aroma. Mellow and a little thick in the mouth. And a little bitterness. The sweet and sour taste is a Hiragana Takachiyo tradition. The website of the key shop where I bought it says, "It has a pineapple feel! It's a popular summer sake with a tropical sweetness" on the website of Kagiya where I bought it, but Takachiyo has a PINEAPPLE GOLD teacher. I'd like to compare two bottles side by side....

Good aroma. Slightly acidic, sweet and delicious! It's just one word: delicious. Fruity, umami, and somewhat full-bodied. It may be due to the aging process in the refrigerator, but.... These four bottles were welcomed at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. Ryoseki, which we had hit on at the Umeda Hankyu the week before, Kinugame Genmai Brewing, which impressed my second son, Kitsune-san, which my wife liked, and Ryuriki Episode 3 Nama-zake, which I had never seen before! I gave up trying to get Eiko Fuji's Yami Naraku Akimizu when I found it at a nearby Takashimaya. The person in charge at Ryuriki Honda Shoten who poured twice to three times as much as the others was badass. lol Thanks for the food!

The aroma is basic sake type. It is a "delicious" sake with a complex combination of sweetness, bitterness, richness, umami, and acidity. It is a Kuroryu, after all, and even though it is a rich sweet sake, it has a dignified appearance, or perhaps a sense of dignity with a straightened collar. Is it because of its high alcohol content? (18%) Is it sweet but spicy? It's hard to describe, but it is a solitary existence different from anything else.... The official description says it is light nigorigo, but the degree of nigorigo is only faint. We had to empty our refrigerator a little in preparation for the Takashimaya sake festival we plan to attend next week, so we decided to open a relatively fat bottle of this one. However, I can't buy 5 or 10 bottles in the checkout basket like the people around me on the day of the festival, and with the heat wave continuing, I want to keep as much fire-brewed sake in the fridge as possible. It's a bit of a quandary...
