Good fruity aroma. Light acidity, sweetness, and a hint of bitterness. The acidity-driven taste reminds me of Senkou, but this is Shin Takatsuyo. They are very similar, but not the same. It is unquestionably delicious.
Happy New Year!
Thank you to all of you who continue to give us your handsome hands. We look forward to working with you again this year.
Very fruity, with a refreshing sweet and sour taste, and a fair amount of bitterness. It was delicious and tasty and stable takachi-yo.
My wife scolds me every day for reducing the amount of sake in the fridge, but I bought this bottle because it was a rare occasion when I was asked by a customer to drink it.
The liquor store we usually go to was sold out immediately, so when we went to the city for the Daishichi Fair, we stopped by Sake no Yamamoto and got it.
Nf bapak, Happy New Year 🎍.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇🙇.
Good sake for New Year's in Takachiyo ✨.
A perfect start with a stable takachiyo 😊.
Thank you, ma-ki. I saw other people mentioning this sake, and I thought to myself, "Yes, it's New Year's, it's the Year of the Snake, this is it, and it's delicious.
It had been in the refrigerator for a year, but the gasiness was still there. When the bottle was opened, it bubbled up, but not to the point of overflowing.
Slightly sour, sweet rice flavor, fruity aroma, and a clean aftertaste. 1 year may have mellowed it. It is delicious.
Whereas many fruit liqueurs are sweet liquors,
This one is made from zabon, so it is not so sweet. It is sweet because more sugar is used than in the zabon juice, but since zabon is not that sweet to begin with, combined with the bitterness characteristic of citrus fruits, it was relatively refreshing.
It could be enjoyed with soda, on the rocks, or straight.
Is this Junmai standard? It was so delicious. It was sour-sweet and cherry-like.
There was an all-you-can-drink event for 1 hour for 1,500 yen, and after the Asano Sake Shop Daishichi Fair, I went to try it out and found that there were surprisingly few participants, so I was easily able to get into the next time slot. This is the most memorable bottle among the many I received.
It is refreshing with a delicious acidity, and has a perfect balance between sweet and spicy, with a stable taste.
Although there is no mention of it on the label, it seems to be a 2024 limited brew, and the design is different from the regular Ginga Junmai Daiginjo. The price is also a bit lower.
Visited at the Daishichi Fair.
There are three kinds of sake: Junmai-Nikaho, Kaiden (Junmai-Ginjo), and Minowamon (Junmai-Daiginjo).
Starting with the Junmai Namahashio classic neat umakuchi, the classic feeling fades and becomes more refined as the grade goes up from Kaiden to Minowamon.
However, the price goes up so much that it is difficult to afford Minowamon, so I decided not to miss this opportunity and went there.
On the other hand, it might be a good idea to go for a big bottle of Minowamon once a year.
There are still many sake that I would like to try, so I can't quite get my hands on Minowamon....
Sake-like aroma, mellow mouthfeel, then a strong alu feeling. The taste is quite refreshing. Umami and a hint of sourness. The label says it is a prized treasured sake, and yes, it is delicious.
It may be different from the trend nowadays, and it is not Junmai standard because it is also alsoderated, but it is nice.
My wife bought this bottle at a brewery during our spring tour of Tokaido sake breweries.
As an aside, this spring we attacked from the Lake Biwa side along the Kusatsu line, and the Takeuchi Sake Brewery, which we suppressed at the beginning of the tour, unexpectedly closed its business. There were several fruit liqueurs that were delicious, and I should have bought Ai-chan with an AI-generated label...
Nf bapak, good evening 🦉.
I'm so sorry to hear about Takeuchi Sake Brewery 😢I'm also looking for the undrinkable label of Meitetsu at a liquor store in Shiga, but so far I haven't come across it...
I buy this cup of sake every now and then 😁.
Good evening, Pon-chan. I was thinking of taking the 300 yen all-you-can-drink challenge next year... and my wife is disappointed too. I bought the Shang Izumi and Yuzu at a pitiful price on Rakuten, so I bought them inconspicuously 😂.
The rice flavor, crisp and fresh acidity, a tingling gasiness, and even a slight bubbly taste.
It's delicious, delicious, delicious! It's a pity that it is only available locally in Kanji-Sanmorosugi, though there may be another brand with a similar brewing process.
Well, a drink after work, tomorrow is my day off, there is no reason why it can't be delicious, and now this. Thank you for the sake. Thank you for the delicious sake.
Nice fruity aroma ♫ Slight sweetness, not too sweet. A little full-bodied, with some bitterness. I guess it's a medium mouthfeel, right between rich and light.
This is a product that I brought home from the supermarket because it had been standing on the shelf in a box for a long time or had been reduced in price. The store is air-conditioned and boxed and not affected by light, so even though the item was two years old, it was not in a bad state of preservation.
This is the third time I have tasted Ancient Capital Sennen, following the 18-set tasting at Fushimi Sake Brewery Alley and at a sake event at a department store, but this was not one of many tastings, and when I took the time to drink it like this, it was as good as I expected, as was 24h. This is a gem that should not be underestimated just because it was sold in a supermarket.
A sake found in the back of a cupboard, not knowing how long it had been there. I looked up the name of the master brewer and found that the sake seemed to be 15 years old. It was March of the 21st year in the original year, not the western calendar.
Since it was out of the sun, there was no alteration that made it undrinkable. The yellowish taste, which had darkened quite a bit, the habitual aroma, and the dry mouthfeel were impressive.
There was also some kind of oli wafting in the air...
Sourness, sweetness, fruity, and rice flavor. It finishes cleanly, so it doesn't interfere with the meal so much.
It is delicious enough on its own.
During this season, nigori sake is sold by various sake breweries and given the title of "Adult Ramune," and this is also unmistakably an "Adult Ramune.
Bubbles sprang up when I opened it, but not to the point of overflowing. Shiroki also had a registered brand name, but it was labeled Fukumasamune, so I have chosen Fukumasamune. Thanks for the food.
Clean, clear and slightly fruity.
Asano Sake Brewery Umeda was very crowded on the day of the 10th anniversary because it had just been remodeled.
It may have been due to the fact that it was the last day of the brewery's festival at the Umeda Hankyu (^_^; ).
We had an ALPHA set and an amabuki at the main Kaze no Mori fair, and quickly left.
I bought a bottle of Sogen that was left in the store right after the new year, hoping that it would be of some help to the disaster-stricken areas.
It tastes deliciously spicy, with a high alcohol content (18%) because it is a draft sake. It tastes like a refreshing, slightly thick sake. I'm not sure how to describe it, but that's what it tastes like.
It is out of my usual taste, but I think it is good, and depending on your taste, it may be very tasty.
After 3 days, I can taste a hint of sweetness. Yes, it is good.
I had it at room temperature. Classic sake type. The aroma is traditional and not so strong. Since it is a jun-dai sold at convenience stores, it has the feel of a traditional sake, or the royal road of sake.
The mouthfeel is moderately rich, neither sweet nor spicy, with a clear flavor that has been polished and honed.
If it is a 4-gouple bottle, the label in this color is made from Sako Nishiki, a sake rice produced in Shimane Prefecture, but there is no indication of the raw material rice used.
The next day, it is served chilled. It has a refreshing mouthfeel with a delicious acidity, and there is nothing outstanding that would interfere with a meal, making it a normal tasty sake. It is a quintessential Jun Dai.
I had been taking good care of it, and it was almost time for the new brewing year to come out, so I quickly opened the bottle.
The aroma was fruity! It's so good! Most people would find it hard to believe that this is made from rice. Enjoy the aroma. Levety and delicious! It has a somewhat thick mouthfeel, acidity sweetness, and then an alu feeling. When it finishes, a hint of bitterness peeks out. Saiya Sake Brewery is wonderful! It is astonishing that this sake brewery does not even reach the top 5 of saketime in Akita Prefecture! We are just thankful for the delicious sake. Thank you for the sake.
It has a gentle mouthfeel, not too strong aroma, mild acidity, and a hint of sweetness without being harsh. The label says that the sake degree is +4.9, but it does not seem so dry. The umami flavor still prevails.
It is a food sake that can be drunk with a meal.
According to the Mioya Sake Brewery website, it is a year-round product and is also sold overseas.
This sake was also ordered from Okuda, a sake boutique in Wajima, and we enjoyed it. Thanks for the food.
I bought this at Costco when it was on sale. I'm sorry I left it for a year because it can be stored at room temperature.
The color seems to have darkened a bit.
The slight bubbling is still present, but not to the point of spewing, and after the sound of pressure release, the fine bubbles just gush out for a while and then subside. The label also says that there are individual differences.
It was a delicious sparkling sake, not too sweet, but with a good acidity and a nice sharpness. It is not sake-like in a good sense, and I think it is suitable for a variety of people.
It is corked with a crown, so it is necessary to open it considering that it will be consumed on the same day it is opened, but the low alcohol content of 8 degrees still makes it a low hurdle.
Thanks for the treat.
It is light, refreshing, and has a light, tasty acidity. It is a delicious sake, just as Mr. Tsuruno says on the label.
Recently, I have started to see the second Makuake brand on the e-commerce sites of some liquor stores here, and I wonder if it is difficult to sell two bottles for 6,600 yen. If you can still get your hands on a bottle, we hope you will drink it along with the first one and help the Noto sake brewery to revive its business. A little while ago, a collaboration sake between Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo and Hiyoshi Shuzo of Kinpyo Shirakoma was also released.
Thank you for allowing me to enjoy drinking sake like this today.
The aroma on the nose is fruity, light yet moderately rich. There is a punch of tangy acidity on the tongue, and it disappears quietly.
It is a great pleasure for me to be able to drink Jun Dai at a reasonable price. I missed out on Hatsumu, Spring, Summer, and Autumn because I didn't have enough room in my refrigerator, but I hope to complete the collection someday.
I have only had Sake Mirai and Omachi, which I tasted at Yamanaka Sake store, and I'm really torn...
