Mellow and tasty with a classic flavor. Reprinted below from Sakenomy. Taste Characteristics This is a product exclusively for restaurants. Freshly squeezed sake brewed with a new yeast and stored at low temperature in its raw state, it has the aroma of daiginjo and the fresh flavor of new sake. A new Ichiai style that is beautifully entertaining. Information Details Specific name: Normal sake, sake Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol Rice used: Domestic rice Alcohol percentage 14-15 Sake degree +3.0 Even if the sake brewers and local sake brewers in the various regions you see on Sake-no-Wa do their best to improve their craft, the sake sold in paper cartons in supermarkets by major sake brewers probably accounts for the majority in terms of volume, which I think is a shame. I am not saying it is bad because it is a luxury item, but many people do not know the potential of sake.

Since I opened it at home, it felt tangy and gassy on my tongue, different from when I got it at the restaurant. When we compared three different kinds at the Koshi Fair, it seemed to go in easily like water, but it was thicker, but when we opened it at home, it was different. At the store, I thought the acidity was stronger than the neighboring Junmai Daiginjyo Harusake Kanmba. Both were delicious, but I went for this one because of the price difference....

Junmai Nama-no-Harakuchi Sakura Junmai Ginjyo Super Dry Special Junmai Namaizu Wakamizu and Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurai Junmai Ginjo Aizan My wife and I each had the chance to compare three different types of Junmai-Daiginjo-Special Junmai-Ginjo-Nama-Nama-Shu Aizan. I was glad that we could double the amount of sake that we could enjoy together. For me, I enjoyed the Wakamizu, which has a strong assertiveness, including the sweet and sour taste.

Tangy and gassy on the tongue, fresh acidity, refreshing, and a hint of sweetness. It has a refreshingly sweet taste with a hint of sake-like aftertaste. It is not a hiragana, but it is a stable Takachi-yo quality and delicious. When you find it, it's time to buy it. My wallet and refrigerator are in inverse proportion...

It is mellow, with a firm acidity and a moderate sweetness. Every time I take a sip, a sigh of admiration escapes me. As one would expect from Akabu, it is delicious. It is hard to believe it is junmai. At 1,650 yen including tax, it is a very reasonable price! See you next year!

The same jungin is so different between hi-ire (hi-ire) and dripping mouth. It is mellow and mellow-umami. It is hard to say that the same jungin is the same as hi-ire with an intense mouthfeel.... Tonight is the Fukui Sake Festival, with Bon followed by Kuroryu. I miscalculated that both were mellow when I opened them without knowing it.

Mellow and a little sour. More of a traditional sake flavor. It is suitable for warming sake. It's hiyaoroshi, right? Bon-chan is delicious as usual. It's a stable taste.

It was the driest of the three. But it was refreshingly delicious. Expensive does not always mean tasty. I can't stop drinking.

Less acidic than the Shokaibashi label, but tasty. It is less than half the price of Shinsei Ash at the regular price, but I don't think there is much difference.

First Shinsei. Sorry, to be honest, I didn't feel the price difference I didn't feel the difference as much as the price difference. Wakanami Yamadanishiki is excellent.

Ummm. I was attracted by the sign of "Jikin" and went in. The Jikin was sold out at the HOSHIZORA STAND in Namba, but I could drink it here. It is a small glass rather than a cup, though. The food was better than the packaged yakisoba noodles that would go well with beer.

Ahhh---. Every time I take a sip, I sigh in admiration. It is delicious and reasonably priced. It is brewed with the image of mandarin oranges, so it has a strong acidity, but it also has the character of sake. The problem is that the time to buy it is right when it is lined up in the store, and if you miss the timing, there is a strong possibility that you won't see it again until next year. This week, we will have more sake that needs to be refrigerated to put pressure on the fridge.... Takachiyo is the best.

It tastes like a fruit mix nectar mixed with plum wine. This is one of the popular series that was available at the Takashimaya Sake Festival, as the other single-fruit varieties were sold out and only a few bottles of this were left. It's a very tasty dessert sake. It doesn't have ume as an ingredient though...

It is not sake, but it says that Nishinoseki is used.... It was a little sake flavor. I bought this on a trip to Oita. I think I was born with a good taste buds that can handle both sake and sweet.

It had a smooth mouthfeel, a light acidity, and a crisp dry taste. I think the name "Rinri" expresses the quality of the wine. It is a quintessential Shinohine quality, and there is nothing missing.
