It has a gentle mouthfeel, not too strong aroma, mild acidity, and a hint of sweetness without being harsh. The label says that the sake degree is +4.9, but it does not seem so dry. The umami flavor still prevails.
It is a food sake that can be drunk with a meal.
According to the Mioya Sake Brewery website, it is a year-round product and is also sold overseas.
This sake was also ordered from Okuda, a sake boutique in Wajima, and we enjoyed it. Thanks for the food.
