Very fruity, with a refreshing sweet and sour taste, and a fair amount of bitterness. It was delicious and tasty and stable takachi-yo.
My wife scolds me every day for reducing the amount of sake in the fridge, but I bought this bottle because it was a rare occasion when I was asked by a customer to drink it.
The liquor store we usually go to was sold out immediately, so when we went to the city for the Daishichi Fair, we stopped by Sake no Yamamoto and got it.
