Winter Nigorinpic 11
Annual tradition😇
On New Year's Day, we bring red and white sake to Kaorin's parents' house...although it is on the upper floor of the same apartment building😇
Kaorin's father usually only drinks beer, so we tried to choose a low-alcohol type sake that would be easy to drink😇.
First of all, the red sake is LOVE PINK from Taiebijin, which was easy to drink and tasty last year😇.
But ❓😅😅
It looks totally different from last year 🤣.
Last year it was nigori sake and when mixed it was a beautiful cloudy pink, but this year it was an ogara-mi type and it was a clear pink 😀.
The appearance was quite different but the taste was delicious 😇
I'm glad my dad was happy to drink it too😇.
Happy New Year, Yasbaye 🎍Please do have a great New Year 🎍🙇♀️ amazing festive dish, my eyes popped out 😳 isn't it great to match nigori with it 😍I guess your father was pleased too, nice New Year's celebration 💕.
Happy New Year to you, Yasbay 🎉 Happy New Year to you and your delicious drinks 😆 I wish you a happy and healthy year 👍 I look forward to working with you in the new year 🙇.
Hi Yasbay, Hello 😃here 💁♀️ I wanted to try Chiebijin 😍but I had to give it up last year due to my fridge situation...I still wanted to drink it 😭Now I have another Chiebijin waiting in my fridge ❣️
Happy New Year, Wakata-san 😀
Since we are in the middle of the Nigorinpik, I tried to make the choice as much as possible so that even those who are not used to sake can drink it 🤣.
I'm grateful to have you prepare the Osechi for me every year😇
Happy New Year to you, Uchi~'s super~riki: ㊗️
Today, I prayed to the sake god for good luck this year 😇.
I hope to meet more and more wonderful sake together with you all 😀.
Hi, HinaHanaMama 😀
The fridge problem is a particular problem this time of the year 🤣.
But I'm glad I got this LOVE PINK because it had a completely different appearance from last year😇.
Happy New Year!
Thank you to all of you who continue to give us your handsome hands. We look forward to working with you again this year.
Very fruity, with a refreshing sweet and sour taste, and a fair amount of bitterness. It was delicious and tasty and stable takachi-yo.
My wife scolds me every day for reducing the amount of sake in the fridge, but I bought this bottle because it was a rare occasion when I was asked by a customer to drink it.
The liquor store we usually go to was sold out immediately, so when we went to the city for the Daishichi Fair, we stopped by Sake no Yamamoto and got it.
Nf bapak, Happy New Year 🎍.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇🙇.
Good sake for New Year's in Takachiyo ✨.
A perfect start with a stable takachiyo 😊.
Thank you, ma-ki. I saw other people mentioning this sake, and I thought to myself, "Yes, it's New Year's, it's the Year of the Snake, this is it, and it's delicious.
It's been a long time since I've had a YENOMI. I bought it at "Sake no Yamamoto" in Minami.
Mimuro Sugi Dio Abita" Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Harajuku (Yamada Nishiki) [Imanishi Shuzo, Nara].
It has a refreshing acidity on the palate. By the time it reaches the mid-palate, the umami in the back of the mouth quietly asserts itself. The acidity and umami are in excellent balance.
It has a crispness that leaves only a dull, echoing aftertaste, and the taste quickly dissipates.
It seems to go well with anything you eat, strong or light.
A series of drinks brought to a company drinking party without permission.
It was purchased at "Sake no Yamamoto" in Shimanouchi, Minami.
Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda-shu Kohsuisen" Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate Unrefined Nama-shu (Omachi 80, Yamadanishiki 20) [Kamo Nishiki Shuzo, Niigata].
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. Toward the mid-palate, it has a fruity acidity. It is slow to the last.
As it sinks in, the sweet, deep flavor quietly seeps in.
The balance between the gorgeous aroma, sweetness, and acidity is exquisite.
Surprisingly low alcohol (13%) with this satisfaction.
A series of drinks that I took the liberty of bringing to a company drinking party. It was purchased at "Sake no Yamamoto" in Shimanouchi, Minami.
Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1: Door to the Next Chapter" Junmai Unfiltered, Unpasteurized Nama-Shu (Akitsuho) [Aburacho Shuzo, Nara].
As one would expect from Kaze no Mori. And because it is an alpha variety, it has a pleasant effervescence from the mouthfeel.
It is basically fruity, but there is a bit of bitterness along with sourness at the mouth.
However, it is within the range of fruity. It is somewhat refreshing with a citrusy bitterness.
From the mid-palate, umami spreads to the tongue, mixing with the bitterness and acidity to create a harmony of flavors. The taste slowly extends to the aftertaste.
Oishiiiiiiiiiiiii♡!
I have wanted to drink Kuheiji for a long time. I tried it for the first time in a wine glass as recommended on the label.
I paired it with tonight's menu: meat tofu, simmered potatoes, and sakataki cream cheese.
The wine has a slight alcohol taste and a clear acidity. It has a refreshing sweetness, but not too sweet. The bitterness in the aftertaste is pleasant.
I was told that the impression changes with time after the bottle is opened, so I am looking forward to the changes from tomorrow onward.
The balance of sweetness and acidity is good, and the fruity aroma, though discreet, is favorable.
I paired it with tonight's menu: pork belly radish, fried tofu from Tochio, and green pepper with salted kelp. My wife bought 551 Hourai pork buns for me after dinner.
Personally, I really like this type of sake.
The slight effervescence is pleasant, like that of a rum, and the freshness, reminiscent of Japanese pears, is also nice.
It is light and easy to drink.
Immediately after the bottle was opened, it had a fruity aroma reminiscent of melon and a clean, elegant sweetness that was gorgeous.
Two days after opening the bottle, the sweetness became moderate and the banana aroma became stronger. It has a slightly cloying image.
Every morning when I get to work, I do a corona antigen test 🤣.
This has been the routine for me when I go to work during the quarantine period, but tomorrow morning will be the last antigen test as Kaorin's quarantine period is finally over 😀.
Kaorin finally said she wanted to drink sake, so today we decided on Mrs. Kaorin's favorite, Kido... a special junmai of Kido, which is the first sake we have ever had in our house 😀.
We compared it with a heated bottle of Ariiso Akebono, which had been opened earlier, and a hiya of Hanayuup 😀.
The Kido Omachi was first served cold... ❓It doesn't have the usual Kido fruity taste at all 😅.
This one has to be heated up 😀.
So we compared the heated Ariiso Akebono and the heated Kido Oumachi, and the heated Kido Oumachi tasted just like the usual gorgeous Kido 😀.
I thought this sake was my favorite heated 😀.
I found the comic Sayaka doing an interview at an izakaya I frequent 😀.
She drank the 14yo and was very impressed 😀.
Good evening, Yasube & Kaorin 😃.
The quarantine sake 🍶 lasts until today and tomorrow we can toast together 🤗Please share the results of your experiment and enjoy the delicious sake 👋.
Hello Yasbay and Kaorin😃.
Congratulations Kaorin on your full recovery 🎉!
I've never had Kido's Special Jun, so this was helpful for me 😁 I hope to see more of the ☺️ laboratory in the future, even if it's only irregularly.
Hi Yasbay and Kaolin 🐦 We can toast together from today! I am so glad you are able to drink 😊.
I remember liking this Kido very much and I never thought of heating it up ❣️, so I would like to drink it again 😊.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😀.
But it's still risky to eat across from each other, so we'll be toasting in separate rooms for the rest of the week 🤣.
Kaorin is still very resistant to heated sake, so we'll let her get used to it little by little 😀.
Thank you, Aladdin 😀
Kaorin is still not very good at heating sake, so I'd like to do a lab with sake that she won't have any resistance to, based on the opinions of everyone at Sake-no-wa 😀.
Thank you, Pon 😀.
We will be toasting in separate rooms for the time being due to the risk of infection 🤣.
But it's also quite fresh and interesting to share our thoughts on the phone while drinking together 😀.
AKABU SNOW EXTRA 2023
Brewed with the imagination of the next generation
Brewing sake for the next generation to enjoy casually
I'm not sure I should buy it: 🙄⁉️
Definitely not the next generation 😭
Even if the brewer imagines it that way
I'm free to drink it 😭😆‼️
Definitely easy to drink and suitable for young people😊.
The top clear has a strong acidity and bitterness
but it's refreshing and tasty 😋.
Mixing the lees makes the taste smoother...
The gentle sweetness and strong acidity fuse together
and the taste is round and harmonious... 🤤.
If it tastes good, it tastes good even if you drink it
It's delicious 👍🤣‼️
Mr. Rafa papa
Good morning ^ ^
Here's another guy who is not of the next generation 😁.
But we have this drink waiting for you: ✌️
Yes, you are free to drink 💪.
Good morning Manta 😃
I'm not the next generation when you comment at this time of the day... 😆I'm sure the brewery is making a corporate effort to find new and young drinkers 👍Still... you're free to drink... ✌️🤣‼️
Good morning, Rafa papa! (≧▽≦)
It is the role of the previous generation to provide the next generation with good drinks! It is the role of the previous generation! (Laughs)
(You've never had this kind of drink, have you? (☆) Let's make them drink it and surprise them with "Oh! and surprise them!
Good morning Tomoyuki Kumagai 😃
Whoa 😳‼️ are you a fellow member of the previous generation 😆 Yes - it is an important role to pass on to the next generation 👍There are many good drinks if you can get them to drink them... 😋.
Good morning, Rafa papa 😃.
Showa generation, we are here too ❗️
Young or not, good food is good food ‼️
That's all right 🤗
Oh, I haven't gotten EXTRA yet💦.
Haruei Chichi-san Good morning 😃
The Showa generation still has to work hard 😆‼️ good food is good food...that's good 🤗Gotta get EXTRA soon because it's so good...🤣
Good morning Mr. Manachy 😃
Is it the next generation 😳⁉️ really❓It's about the current generation between the next generation and the previous generation 🤣
Hi Ponchan 😃
Pon-chan is also akanchan 😋If it's good, I would drink it even if it's not next generation 😋I think if you make it for the next generation, you can sell it to the previous generation, but if you make it for the previous generation, you can't sell it to the next generation 😭
Good morning Erin 😃.
I was the first red wu in a long time 😋I had a lot of other red wu, but of all the other drinks, I chose my dad🈲's drink 😅 Well, I'm not going to get caught 🤣...
Hi Rafa papa! I'm so jealous that I didn't get EXTRA 😄!
I didn't get the EXTRA, so I'm jealous~! You should drink it 🤩 as it's next generation all the way around: ♪😆👍
Mimuro-Sugi Junmai-Ginjo Omachi Hiyoshi Oroshi
The second hiyaoroshi sake is Mimuro-sugi.
It is a sake with a beautiful aftertaste.
After the juicy sweetness spreads
After the juicy sweetness spreads out, the sweetness disappears quickly... 😌.
It has a full-bodied mouthfeel, yet it is refreshing without being overpowering.
It has a full mouthfeel, yet it is refreshing without being harsh.
No sourness, yet beautiful and clean.
The clean and refreshing aftertaste is superb👍🤣🤣️‼️.
This is delicious 🥰.
Hi Rafa papa!
This is the one I was aiming for but missed out on 😭.
I'm still jealous of how delicious it definitely is ✨
I'll try a little harder to find it!
Kashu kanon Hello 😃
Mimuro cedar hiyaoroshi is even better than I expected 🤤soft mouthfeel with a refreshing aftertaste that disappears quickly 😋Please seek it out 😊I think it's worth the effort👍
Good morning, Pon-chan 😃.
Many hiyayoroshi sake are calm and easy to drink 😌😌Mimuro Sugi was also sweet and delicious 🤤I thought that seasonal sake is also good as well as regular sake 😆.
AKATAKE Junmai Hiyadoroshi
I wanted to drink an autumn sake 🍁.
I chose Akabu ⚜️it's been a while!
It has a mild mouthfeel
Gentle sweetness 😋😋.
Gradually the bitterness shows its face... 😳
It cuts through nicely ✨.
It's like a calm, honors sake 😌.
It is better to drink it at a slightly higher temperature
It is better to drink it a little warmer than chilled.
the flavors opened up and became more gorgeous 🌸.
Haruei Chichi, good evening 😃.
It's been a long time since I've had Akabu too 😅It's a good drink that doesn't blink no matter what you drink 😆I thought I wanted to drink other drinks too😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃
Hiyoroshi is delicious 🤤I didn't heat it up 😊The temperature went up as I drank it rather than being perfectly cold at the beginning... 😳I enjoy such changes too 🤣.
The second bottle I bought at Sake no Yamamoto last week.
Akatake Junmai Ginjo
There were many kinds, but since it was my first time drinking it, I chose the orthodox Junmai Ginjo.
It's delicious!
The aroma and the first sip are fruity, but the aftertaste is strong.
As the name of the sake suggests, it has a nice martial feel.
It was an interesting contrast to yesterday's Hououmida.
It was worth the heavy effort of bringing home two 1-square-bottle bottles!
We're happy again today!
My wife also likes sake, so we always buy a bottle.
She keeps it in the vegetable room of the refrigerator.
When I secretly bought a second bottle, my wife said
"Why don't you buy a refrigerator?
Oh, I can buy one⁉️.
I bought an Iris-Oyama 93L.
It can hold 6 bottles and 4 No.4 bottles.
I was so excited to visit the sake shop Yamamoto 20 minutes walk from my workplace.
We had a wide variety of items, so we were very excited!
I bought 2 bottles of sake!
The train on the way home was heavy💦.
My wife came to pick me up at the nearest station.
I opened one of the bottles, Hououmita!
It's refreshing and easy to drink!
I can drink as much as I want!
When should I open the other one?
I'm happy today.
Colorless and transparent. Fruity scent with a hint of citrus fruits. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. On the palate, acidity and mild sweetness with a hint of fizziness. It has a moderate aftertaste, with an astringent aftertaste reminiscent of eating grapefruit. Kaizhu.
