The commemorative 100th check-in was the first at Kangiku Meikozo. It was hard to find it in liquor stores in Osaka, and I finally came across it at a bar. It was delicious! I wish I could buy it at a store.

Mr. Aladdin. Thank you for the useful information! When I went there last month, I was aiming for musical instruments, so I didn't notice it at all. I will try again next time considering the season. Have a drunken sake life, Aladdin-san!

Pon-chan. Thank you very much! I have been interested in Kangiku for a long time, so it was a very good encounter! If I find it in a store, I'm sure there will be a lot of great sake from all over the world, so I'm sure I'll have a hard time finding it.

Wakanami Junmai Ginjo is the third time I checked in. It is consistently delicious. I want to drink more than just the basic junmai ginjo.

The first Jyushiro 2. It is richer than the Junmai Ginjo next door, and has more umami, acidity, and cleanness. I wonder if the difference is due to the fact that the junmai is unfiltered. I didn't taste either of them, but I wondered what the difference was. I haven't had a sip of either one, but I wondered what the difference was.

It had a clear flavor that seemed to go down smoothly, and it was a tasty, refreshing type of sake. I enjoyed it with a sense of "hmmm...hmmm...this is Jyushiyo-san.

The acidity comes with a bang, followed by umami and alcohol. It is crisp and refreshing, but not as easy to drink as water. It is not as easy to drink as water, but it is assertive in its own way. The sake-like quality is still there.

Calpis with alcohol for adults! Slightly alcoholic with a hint of sake. It has a healthy 6% alcohol content. It is a great drink that broadens the base of sake.

As I mentioned for Kameizumi, one of the set ran out, so it became Kisoji. I have some in the fridge that I haven't opened yet, but this is the second time I've tried Yukawa Sake Brewery, following Kinmon-Nishiki, and this one tastes better. I also bought a bottle of Okunoto Shirakiku in Wajima, which was brewed by Yukawa Shuzo with rice from Shirafuji Sake Brewery and supervision by the brewery, so I am looking forward to this one.

We received the standard set. The junmai ginjo unfiltered raw sake was gone, so a different one was included in the middle of the set. The first one was Junmai Daiginjo-Hyogo-Yamada-Nishiki, which had a basic taste, as expected of Yamada-Nishiki, and as expected of jun-dai, with a good flavor and a sense of alcohol, no complaints. But the raw smell of the set was not suitable for the entrée. Next, Kisoji Natsu Junmai Ginjo Namaishu (pure rice ginjo sake), with a refreshing acidity and sweetness, this was delicious. I wonder if they are combining similar types of sake? Junmai Ginjo Nama Nama Sake Takaike 63, slightly dry, fruity and clean. It is not as good as Jun Dai, but it is also delicious. In general, Kameizumi's level is high. I hope Takashimaya will carry more than just Junmai Ginjo CEL-24 as a standard item.

It is said to be a second fermentation sake in the bottle like champagne, so it has a strong acidity and tastes like sparkling wine. It tastes like sake, but even those who are not familiar with this type of sake can drink it. The alcohol content is low at 7%, and the 500 ml bottle is a good size for drinking.

Oh no, it says it must be consumed by the end of May (-_-;) I don't drink that much Kaze no Mori, nor have I drunk it recently, but I feel that the difference in yeast is somehow apparent in the difference in taste. It's kind of familiar, like a standard for good sake. Yummy yummy, I finally finished this week's work and can welcome the weekend, so I opened a special Kaze no Mori, combined with tomorrow's Father's Day. Ha, thank you for being able to drink delicious sake.

Classic sake. Slightly light taste with acidity and umami. Like the previous "Kamikai," this was one of the items purchased during the spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour. It was more assertive than Jinkai, with less aroma, but a stronger flavor and alcohol taste when swallowed down in the mouth. If I had to say, I think I prefer Shinkai. I would put Shiki aside as a separate category.

Fruity, clean acidity, gassy and tangy. It is modern and delicious, and the umami comes later. Although it is unfiltered, it is not "rich" and does not assert itself too strongly. Since summer sake Kabutomushi has started to appear on the market, I decided it was time to open a bottle. It is a stable Sengoku and can be enjoyed with no worries. It is delicious, and I am thankful that I can enjoy drinking sake like this today. And since I am tasting sake one by one, I can't go on with my meal. Oh well, I did it all myself.

It is labeled "Koshiki Namaoto," so it tastes like that type of sake. However, it is brewed by Sho Shiki, so it is also a Sho Shiki sake. I can only describe it as "classic and modern," or perhaps, "quintessential Sho Shiki," sorry. I usually prefer modern and glamorous, but this is delicious.

A watery type that comes in easily. It is light, slightly dry, and more acidic than umami. This is one of the bottles we bought during the "Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour" at the end of March. It is a delicious sake that plays a supporting role and accompanies meals. It is a special junmai, and the name "special" is not a given!

Wow! Sweet and tasty with a bang and acidity! Fresh and fruity! Mellow It's like a mild lemon squash with alcohol. There are many more in the Takachiyo 59 series that we missed this season, but this one is a must repeat. I hope to see you again next year!

Sourness type, then umami. It has a mild aroma and is not assertive. This is one of the local sake with the same design label often found on the shelves of supermarkets, probably in the Aeon series. The other sake often seen side by side is Asakai from Iwate.

It has a subtle banana aroma, a tangy gasiness, and a delicious sweetness that goes down smoothly. But it also has an aftertaste like no other sake. I can't stop drinking Hiragana Takachiyo. The pressure in the fridge is at an unusual level.... The person who was drinking next to me said to the person on the other side, "There are 6 bottles in the fridge..." I'm sorry, there are 3 times as many bottles in a 4-pack....

Dry, not strong but good aroma, slightly thick and torrid mouthfeel. It has a slightly thick and mild mouthfeel. It does not have the classic sake feel, and has a slight acidity. It was a delicious chilled summer sake.
