The last Mikotsuru sparkling nigori undiluted sake of this season This is the fourth bottle I buy whenever I see it. It's still hot and humid, so I'm happy to have a bottle that goes down my throat! Let's meet again next season 😊. It's still hot and humid even though it's autumn! But the autumn swordfish have come out and they say the catch is plentiful this year! Supermarket prices have come down too. I'll have summer edamame, autumn swordfish and miko!

A bottle given to me by one of my friends Takashimizu from Akita, what a dessert Jungin! After thinking about how to drink it I had it with cheesecake! The sweetness of this sake is a little bit thicker than the others. I recommend having a glass after dinner!

The bottle was full of the full strength of Daishinshu! It seems to be a bottle that Daishinshu put all their energy into. It has a strong sweetness and a slight bitterness at the end. A delicious bottle! Freshly picked corn 🌽 and edamame 🫛 and edamame🫛!
