He said "Teuchi" means a bottle of sake with all the skills he has. A well-balanced mix of umami and sweetness. You can also taste the rice. Kido Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling I drank this one last year. First of all, the bottle is completely champagne🍾. Yamadanishiki 50%, low alc. 14 degrees. Cosy and perfect for a hot day. ‼️ Champagne 🥂 in a glass. I'm going to drink it in a glass! From now on, I'm definitely going to be drinking more and more schwashy wine that goes down my throat.
