Winter Moon Aozuki Nigori Sake Long time no winter moon, but summer sake The label is azure, turquoise blue. The bottle was safely opened despite the warning against spilling. The culmination of Taisetsukei Nama Sake drinking comparison at a nearby liquor store yesterday. 9 kinds of sakes were tasted for a fee 🍶. There were quite a few people there and everyone was having a good time! One of them I liked the most! It was a super fresh sake with a new upper tank facility! It was tangy, acidic and delicious 😋! The label 🏷️ is only on the back, no front, I wonder if they forgot to paste it 😅.

Sun Citron from Bunraku I've been drinking it a lot lately. The key is the lemon 🍋. It has a nice sharpness with a hint of flavor. I drank it with regular Jungin, but this one is more citrusy. I feel more citrus 🍋‍🟩 I've had it with things like bonito tataki, chilled tofu, corn croquettes, etc. and so on... Yesterday we went to Ponche Izakaya in Ueno. Kidoizumi Daigo Junmai It's cold out and it's time to get hot sake! Leave it to Nonbee Yokocho for hot sake! It has a nice acidity and is our top choice for hot sake! We enjoy it with nabe🍲😋. On the TV📺, thank you Kitanofuji! He became a yokozuna and brought up a great yokozuna! He has been a commentator for 26 years since he was 55 years old! I enjoyed his loving support and dry commentary. He is a big loss for Sumo fans 😭
