First Shizuku for home drinking. When I went to buy Tenbi, I was looking at the fridge and saw a box of unfamiliar sake. I noticed it and rushed to capture it. I rarely buy a box of sake, so I almost missed it. I heard there was a cancellation at a restaurant, so it was good timing. It's very clean, easy to drink like spring water, and has a delicate flavor with a hint of elegance. I want to drink Hiira Kotobuki at home this winter (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I wanted to go to the Shinsei event at Daimaru, but I had been planning to go to Okinawa for a long time and tried the local sake for the first time. The local liquor store recommended Awamori, but I couldn't stop thinking about the 47 prefectures in Sake no Wa, and the result was, I should have chosen Awamori.

This is a gift from a friend in Osaka, Hatsuakushika. I was looking forward to it because I was told it was the best sake in Osaka. So it's the best sake in Osaka! It was a little spicy on the first day, but after leaving it in the fridge for a while, it changed to a clear, easy drinking taste and became delicious. It's a hiyaoroshi, but it's dry and refreshing, and it goes great with sashimi.

The first of the 2021BY new sakes will be Tenbi! It debuted like a comet last year, and in its second year it's already become one of those sakes you can't miss. I feel once again that the choices you make at the crossroads of your life are very important. The freshness of the raw sake and the drinkability without being too sweet all come together to make this the first new sake that I have no complaints about.

My first Kinjaku. I've been wanting to try it for a long time because it's the third most popular pineapple sake in Sakenowa, after Kameisen and Hanayakuyo, but I can't find it anywhere in my area, so I kept saying I wanted to try it at home, but my roommate ordered it and brought me Kinjaku! It has a pineapple taste with a good amount of bitterness and the best balance of sweetness that you won't get tired of drinking. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor.

Finally, it's the weekend. I bought a bottle of Eikoh Fuji on my way home from work yesterday and kept it chilled for comparison. The Yami-Nari, which has the clean, sweet flavor of a Junmai Daiginjo, and the Kurochitsu Tokunoh Dorori, which is white and thick like a doburoku. Both are so good that I can drink them all in one night! I wish I had bought a bottle!

I was so busy that I couldn't get to the liquor store, and I was afraid it might be sold out, so I managed to catch it while I was working. When I opened the package, the lid of Osan-Nishiki was blown off with a bang! Kame-no-o has a calm taste, and Osan-nishiki has a fresh taste. The Kame-no-o seems to be growing, so I'll let it sit in the fridge for a while. I can't wait to try the new Anastasia Green.

Recently, I've been interested in Kaze no Mori's low-milling 807 series, and Akitsuho's ver3 was released, so I captured it. This Akitsuho low-milling rice test brewing series is getting better and better. In addition to the usual freshness of Kaze no Mori, it has a complex flavor and sweetness, and this one was outstanding. I felt that they are really trying to make a good low polished rice sake(๑˃̵˂̵)

This is the first time I drank Jyushiyo at home. I'm not a gutsy person, so I've been going to liquor stores with the feeling that it's okay to drink Jyushiro and Shinsei at the store, but this time I got a chance to try it through the Hanpukai. There is nothing to dislike about it, and it tastes like elegantly sweet, high-grade melon juice. I would like to make a reservation for Kushikoma and drink a lot of Jyushiyo this winter (๑˃̵˂̵)

I've been too busy to drink on weekdays for a while, so it's been a while since I've had a sake! I've always been curious about Haneya's Aizan, and this is the first time I've tried a nama-shu. It has a fruity and sweet taste like pineapple and a fresh taste like nama-shu. I was able to make a luxurious comparison with Hanaiyu's Aizan (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I went to a liquor store in Shinbashi to get another Genmai Harmonic Emotion, which was by far the best sake I've had recently. There are so many kinds of Sanguiku that I haven't been able to keep up with it, but it was selling like hotcakes while I was looking at it. The ginjo aroma was modest and it was easy to drink. I was also able to capture Genmai without incident, and I was also able to purchase Matsuro's egg rolls at Tsukiji, so I was very satisfied (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

Good evening, resting bird! We have 3 sake drinkers in our house, so the best sake is a bottle of sake 😀 The guy at the liquor store said that the 4-pack bottles run out quickly 😢 Shokuro is a flavor that I can never make at home, so sometimes I just want to eat it ☺️.

It was delicious right after I bought it, but after letting it sit in the fridge for 10 days like the liquor store said, I had another drink today with some Akitana fish. It has evolved into a delicious autumn sake with a mellow acidity and a pronounced flavor! The sweetness of the lactic acidity of this sake, which is similar to that of Tootsuru from Saga, which I drank yesterday, is perfect for autumn nights.

I drank Tootsuru for the first time at the Hanpukai. There are many flashy and delicious sake in Saga such as Nabeshima and Kou Kiku, but I couldn't get my hands on Tozuru, so I appreciate this opportunity. It's a lightly nigori nama-shu made from a traditional sake brewing process, so the sweetness of the lactic acid and the freshness of the fizz will soak into your tired body. The label is also very soft and soothing (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

When I went to pick up my hanpukai sake, I found Hanamura, which I had never seen before, so I tried it for the first time. I remember the Rikuhada nama-shu I drank at Eiraku Shokudo in Akita was very good. When I opened it last week, it still had a hard impression, but when I drank it today, the soft umami opened up and it became a very tasty sake. I'm going to keep it in the fridge for a while, along with the Kouragiku Ikumo.

Since the Honjozo was so good, I was looking forward to the Daiginjo and compared two bottles. The luxurious ginjo aroma like a pear and the complex and delicate flavor are as good as the Daiginjo specs. The Honjozo, with its delicious melon, is also hard to beat. I love the clear, mineral flavor common to Kamikawa Taisetsu. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I was lucky enough to win the lottery, so I captured a stag beetle yesterday while I was at work! It's a consecutive holiday from today, but I can't go anywhere, so I'm going to start drinking it at home. It's an assemblage based on Kabutomushi, so it's a sweet, easy drinking, calm Kabutomushi late summer version that's perfect for this season. The glass is also very cute.

The liquor store that serves as a refrigerator for our Denshu, Kaze no Mori, and Koyoshiku recommended Raku no Seki to me, so I tried it for the first time. The balance of the acidity and umami in the heavy 20 degrees was outstanding, and it was a shocking sake with perverted specifications. I'd like to try Okuharima soon as it is recommended.

This is my first impression of the Nakadori N. It's really good. It has an ideal sense of balance with a clean, subtle sweetness and a good aroma without any miscellaneous flavors. I thought that all of them were good, but this one is even better than I expected. I was very surprised.

My roommate loves it, so it's becoming a regular sake in our fridge. I'm thankful that it's relatively easy to find these days. This flavor has become our family's sake reference, and in the end, we're happy just drinking it. I always feel like I'm drinking good sake when I look at the label (๑˃˂˂)

Every liquor store I usually stop by is sold out, so I almost gave up on this Sharaku's Sake Mirai. I really wanted to try it, so I went a little further and got it. It's definitely a juicy, flashy flavor with the crispness that is typical of Sharaku. I opened it in a flash. I want to stock it in my fridge at all times.
