Since we had a lot of sweet and savory sake, today we opened a bottle of Masuizumi that we got from the Hanpukai. It's a dry sake with no miscellaneous flavors, and it's full of deliciousness like a hiyaoroshi, so it's easy to drink. The label is cute. Today I enjoyed it cold with sashimi and grilled katana fish. I'm going to try it hot as well.

We captured Nabeshima's Harvest Moon, which will be released on September 9, the day of the Chou-you Festival. Slightly effervescent, with a soft sweet bitter balance and a smooth taste that is less assertive yet more mature than the usual Nabeshima. It has an autumnal feel that fits the atmosphere of the label perfectly (๑˃).

My first Eikun. I've never had a sake that tasted like muscat, so I was surprised. I thought it would be a challenging sake with its pop label, but it is a sweet and fruity sake in the category of sake. I would like to try Eikun's regular line as well (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I'll finish all my errands in the morning and start drinking the good stuff on Sunday! Genmai is my favorite sake, but this is my first experience with Junmai Daiginjo. It has an elegant aroma with a lot of sweetness and umami, and then a hint of bitterness, which I really like. I was advised at the shop that I can enjoy the change of taste, so I bought a bottle. I'm going to enjoy it slowly(๑˃˂˂)

This is the first time we had this sake in the Hanpukai. It's a lovely sake with a lovely label design using flower yeast. It has a fruity taste, more like a fruit than a flower. The sweetness is perfectly balanced. It was a delicious drink that can be drunk with dessert.

When I came home after buying sparklers, my roommate bought a bottle of Senkou cider, so at first we drank them alternately, but then I was tempted to mix them together, so I took the liberty of assembling them together. The spiciness of the cider mellowed out and it became a dangerous drink that you could gulp down.

On my way home, I found a delicious Nabeshima, so I spent a lot of money. This is the first time I have experienced a sake made with Kitashizuku other than Kamikawa Taisetsu. Nabeshima has a strong image of sweetness, but this one has a clear taste after the sweetness. The bubbles are also of stable Nabeshima quality (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

Kamikawa Daisetsu is the reason why I got into sake. I'm very happy that it's now available in Tokyo. This Honjozo is fruity, yet crisp and clean, and it's really good! The price is very reasonable. I also bought the Daiginjo and am looking forward to it. I'll be drinking it in the glass I bought at the brewery.

Last night was a fun house drinking party with friends. I can't wait to get together with everyone and have a drinking party. I've been drinking a lot of Jikin's Hakutsuru Nishiki and it's the most gorgeous, sweet and delicious. I hope we can meet again next year(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I was planning to open them during the Olympics, so I opened them today when my dear friend was here. It's so mellow and smooth that there was nothing to hold me back, and I was able to finish both bottles easily. Tobiraizumi is very good. The taste of the silver was more popular. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

This is my first time to try this. There are so many different kinds of sake sold at liquor stores that it was hard to get my hands on this brand, but I got the chance to try it through the Hanpukai. I love the Hanpukai because I get to meet new sakes that I never knew existed. This is a very sweet and fresh Aizan sake. It's delicious!

I sipped on a bottle of Ushihito sake that I bought when I traveled to Akita. The balance of the rich umami and acidity is exquisite. I can't describe it well, but it tastes like a rough Shinsei, which I like a lot. If it was sold in the neighborhood, I would like to keep it on hand (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
