When I went to pick up my hanpukai sake, I found Hanamura, which I had never seen before, so I tried it for the first time. I remember the Rikuhada nama-shu I drank at Eiraku Shokudo in Akita was very good. When I opened it last week, it still had a hard impression, but when I drank it today, the soft umami opened up and it became a very tasty sake. I'm going to keep it in the fridge for a while, along with the Kouragiku Ikumo.
