Fruity cheese with ripe grain aromas. Contains, charcoal-like grain. The texture is silky and acidic. But the flavor has a minerality. It has a full body like a white wine. The sweetness is moderate and the rice is delicious! The sharpness is also good. I'm drinking it cold, but I think it will become more fragrant and delicious if the temperature is raised. 4/5 stars for my favorite!

Surprised at the low al indication of 12 degrees. The glass is filled with fine bubbles. The aroma is slightly ripe with a hint of rice, pineapple-like fruity aroma. It tastes sweet and sour when you take a sip. It has a typical low-alcoholic flavor. White peach and pineapple acidity. The texture is clean and light. It can be drunk like a juice, It has a deep astringent and acidic taste, It is moderately rich and drinkable. 4/5 stars for my taste.

At a recent event at the restaurant (1) It was a wonderful opportunity to sip a variety of rare sakes. Especially, the thick and sweet "Tasake Junmai Daiginjyo 40%5%". Very sweet, mellow, acidic and full of rice aroma. Dense. It has a bran taste, but even that is delicious and aromatic. The spicy "Murasakyuu Bangaiban Special Junmai Unfiltered Genshu Fire" from Murasakyuu, which is usually sweet, was very impressive. was impressive.

Aroma of rich sake. Somewhat bitter and bluish as well. Aroma like mellow, aromatic, apricot liquor. The flavor has body. In the latter half, the acidity is very tight. It has a firm umami taste. It goes well with pickled bonito, but I would like to try it with something sweeter. I would like to try it with shigure-ni-nimono (simmered bonito). Degree of preference ☆3/5
