Fresh rice aroma, rather gorgeous. The rice is delicious when you drink it. A little bit of koji flavor. There is a slight greenish atmosphere, The acidity is refreshing and the sweetness is a little subdued. It has a moderate umami. It has a pungent and tangy taste. 3/5 for my favorite.

The label conjured up an image of freshness, The aroma is refreshing, but the taste is milder than I expected. It is not as good as Kamatoro Seared O fat. Taste level 3/5

Muscat-like or fruity aroma. The wine is juicy and fleshy with a sweetness and a fine acidity. The aroma is slightly alcoholic for a moment. The umami is firm, as is typical of Omachi, However, as a Junmai Daiginjo, it is not too heavy and has a good sharpness. 3/5 for my favorite.

Smooth texture with a raw feel. Seems to blend in, but with more acidity. Clean, crisp and dry. Slightly muscat-like. Refreshing. Good sharpness. The bouillabaisse is available only in winter. Crab, oysters, yellowtail, white meat fish, etc, It is a warm dish with a gentle flavor. I would like to recommend it. Taste level 3.5/5

Freshly opened schwashwurst. Calpis-like with a light rice richness. Sharply acidic and refreshing. The sweetness is not so strong, but it is softly sweet in the middle. The second half is rather bitter, and it becomes spicy and tight. Rare menu item: a nice fatty hokke sashimi. It is not a good match for this sake, though. Machida Sake Brewery☆3/5

Bottom of the bottle. Lightly as shown. Not much aroma. When you take a sip, you get a mouthful of juicy apples and pears. Fresh with a strong acidity. The mouthfeel is slightly mineral, with a slight tingling gas feeling. The second half is crispy, bitter, and hard. A good match with the sake lees-enhanced slices. Taste level 3.5/5
