This one is also a gift. This is the first time I have seen this famous pattern. It was not registered in Sake-no-wa, so I registered it newly. It is super dry, but clean and sharp. It does not have much aroma and has a short aftertaste, so you will not get tired of drinking it as a food sake. It went well with sashimi and simmered dishes. I might be happy if I were served this at a sushi restaurant. However, it still ranked 63rd in Fukushima Prefecture... I can feel the depth of layers of the star corps Fukushima lol.

It has a sharpness that can create a milestone in a meal. The balance is amazing, and its true value may be seen when paired with food. I can't think of many dishes it doesn't go well with. If there is, it is not Hakurakusei's fault but the dish's. LOL! Purchased at Sake no Saito (Chitose City).

When I was feeling depressed because my work was not going well, a childhood friend gave me a bottle. I'll swallow the bad vibes with good sake. I opened the bottle. The aroma was subdued. The bias is undeniable, but it still reminds me of a wooden vat. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of ZIMA, with a sweet, sour, lactic acid drink-like sensation. Not only is it easy to drink, but you can also feel the flavor of rice and the sharpness in between. This is delicious. I managed to hold back from drinking it all like the review said, and left it for a week before drinking it again. The sweetness and sourness became stronger. Personally, I think it tastes better freshly opened. Thanks to this, I feel like I'm going to be able to move forward with my work.... lol

I got this bottle from a friend of mine who is a wholesaler. I was told that the quality of this year's wine was good! So I opened the bottle with high expectations. It had a cool fruit aroma like green apple and melon. When I poured it into the glass, there were not many bubbles, but it was beautifully clear. As soon as I took a sip, I felt a sense of satisfaction and a clean sweetness that came immediately. Oh, this is it! That's the feeling. There is not much acidity, and the sipping is smooth and pleasant. There is not much acidity, but a pleasant sake sensation. As the temperature rises a little, the sweetness and sake feeling increases. Personally, I prefer to drink it cold and crisp. In general, it was delicious, and whether you had anything to drink or not, you could easily finish the whole bottle in no time. It was the perfect accompaniment to watching the Swiss curling team advance to the finals, and I had a great night. See you next year! (See you in four years for curling!)

I think it is one of the most sweet and fruity and easy to drink Hououmita. It doesn't have much of a raw sake feel to it, but the freshness and peach-like fruitiness in the mouth is very pleasant. Personally, I'd go with Hekihan for the price, but I think this one is cleaner and easier to drink. It was so easy to drink that I finished a four-pack in one night. It doesn't have the sharpness at the end that Bitan often has, and I think that might be a good thing. I'm too curious about the origin of the name "Bearded Dan"... The rice texture remains dense. The smell after opening the bottle is a little alcoholic. However, it is so milky and easy to drink that it is overturned at the first sip. First, drink it cold. The umami and acidity continue, and the final touch is a modest sweetness. Next, warm sake. This seems to be the way to go. It has a stronger alcoholic aroma, but it's not hard to drink, and the flavor is more concentrated. If I had to compare it to nigori sake, I'd say it's like espresso. Personally, I think lukewarm heating is the best way to get the best out of this sake. It's delicious.

Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 50%. I was expecting it to be more heavy, but in a good way, it was a clean and crisp sake. I had a glass of this at a yakitori restaurant I know. It goes well with meat, so it is an excellent sake for eating. It has a good balance of acidity and umami, with a little sweetness in the aftertaste. I don't think I'll ever get tired of drinking it. I've been told that it's also quite good warmed up, so I'll try it again next time. If they sell it, I want to keep it on hand. I don't think they sell it.

Had a disappointing party with my wife when we got a call about the cancellation of our child's preschool recital at Corona (just a list of reasons to drink...) Yamada Nishiki Raw Sake The rice polishing ratio was 55%, so I assumed it was ginjo-shu grade. There was a strong sense of gas and bubbles when the bottle was opened and served, just like sparkling sake. The brand was changed from Hananouka last year. I've never had Hananouka, so I'll leave it to my seniors to compare and talk about the transition. The aroma is not as strong as I imagined, and the taste is smooth, contrary to the thickening of the water in the review. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink casually, which is similar to the impression I had when I drank the Shinsei Colors series. The bitterness came out as I drank it, but without it, I honestly felt it was not enough to make it worth drinking, so the second half was interesting. It's a little expensive, but I think it will be very well received by beginners who are just getting into sake from Mio or Suzune. The label is stylish. It was one of those weekends when you accidentally head-butted a car door and your eyelids are swollen like after a fistfight. The back of the label said to drink it on a sunny day, so I opened the bottle! ...Well, it wasn't sunny, it was swollen. What is it? I've already opened it, so what the hell, here's to a swollen day! A little gassy when you open the bottle. A very gorgeous aroma rises up. First, let's take a look at the supernatant. Despite the aroma, it's quite mild. It is a sweet and clean watery sake that can be drunk as easily as water. It's delicious, but not quite enough. The next step is to turn it slowly to make it origarami. This is where the real action begins. The acidity and sharpness increase at once. Then the sweetness, which had been quiet, suddenly blossoms. The swirling sensation makes it even more exciting. It's elegant, but also very drinkable, not too heavy, but sharp and refreshing. If I had to compare it to a Saiyan, I'd say it's like Broly. It's like a saiyan, Broly... He's a little flabby, but when he wakes up, he's thick. This change is interesting. The label is flashy and perfect for a toast. Purchased at Nanakura (Sapporo City).

I really like the branding of Kamikawa Daisetsu, as well as the design of the label and family crest. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet ginjo aroma. When poured into a glass, it is beautifully clear. There are also some bubbles, which can only be found in raw sake. The mouthfeel is simple. It goes in quickly and disappears quickly. In the meantime, there is a hint of muscat-like fruity flavor, and after a bit of a swoosh, the sake finishes off with a crisp feeling. There is not much acidity. This is delicious. The balance is excellent, and it can be served as a sake-within-a-sake or solo. It's even more fun to drink solo because it's unpasteurized. I was able to spend a happy, cold night with Anko-nabe as a side dish. Thank goodness this is locally distributed! I would like to compare it with Ginpu and Comet.

To be honest, I just wanted the supplemental Hououmida guidebook. LOL! But it's a great sake, so it won't disappoint you. The specifications are Jun Gin. The reviewers at Sake no Wa said that it was dry, dry, and sharp for a Bida. The nuances were as they should be, but I personally found it sweeter than I expected. The acidity is more pronounced, and although it is not as easy to drink as Bita's fruity brands, it is not harsh or excruciating because of the good balance with the sharpness. Rather, it was easy to pair with food, and it worked perfectly with both meat and fish. I still have some left, so maybe I'll splurge and have it warmed up.

With all the snow we've been getting these past few days, the traffic congestion on the roads in the cities of Hokkaido has been crazy. Our sake storage room has also been congested. I've been buying too much sake for the New Year's holiday and the new sake season... I opened a bottle of the new Saku sake that has been stuck in traffic since November. It's the first time I've had it under the new label, but the quality has not changed at all, and it's very stable. It's fruity but not too overpowering, and you can drink it easily without the resistance of alcohol, but it has a great flavor and is very drinkable. I liked it more than the year-round lineup. I still have a stock of Aisan, so the happy traffic jam will continue for a while longer.

This is Akatake's Junmai Nigori nama sake. After reading your review of Sake no Wa. While snowmen are sweeping the world I've never tried nigorizake before. I've been waiting for a chance to try it since it's the year of the tiger. The opening of the bottle went without a hitch. The bubbles looked like sparkling sake. The mouthfeel is really refreshing. Calpis soda for adults, as they say. The refreshing freshness and sweet and sour taste are the best. The finish is a mild bitterness that is typical of Japanese sake. This is delicious. It was so easy to drink that I drank it without hesitation. It was so easy to drink that I almost finished the entire bottle even though it was a weekday. It also goes well with grilled pork and aqua pazza, so you can enjoy it even if you are not eating. My wife asked me Why didn't you prepare this at the end of the year? I'm sure you'll love it. This makes me curious about the snowman, Hirotogawa, and Tenbi. Purchased at Sake-no-Saito-san (Chitose City)

It's not a jacket buy, but it has an attractive label that makes it worth it. When you open the bottle, you are greeted with a swoosh. When I poured it into the glass, there were a lot of air bubbles and a strong raw sake feel. The aroma is moderate. When we drank it with the usual image of Futari, it was quite rambunctious and the alcohol stimulation was quite strong. After leaving it exposed to the air for a while as a decantage, the taste changed to fruitiness and beautiful acidity. Even so, the mouthfeel was quite strong. After a few days, it became sweet and delicious. Personally, I prefer to drink Futaba with Aizan fire. Purchased at Senmaru (Sapporo City)

This year's year-end and New Year's holidays were full of sake, and it was really fun. I realized that this is how people get fat. This is the unpasteurized version of Purple Label. Of all the sake I drank for the first time in 2021, the fire-aged Purple Label was my number one. How good is this raw sake? The lid still didn't fly off. LOL! The aroma is wonderfully fruity. On the palate, the fruitiness of white grapes spreads, and the freshness and youthfulness of nama-shu occasionally appear. Yes, it is delicious. It's clean, easy to drink and well balanced. The sourness and umami are a bit stronger in the nama-shu, and it gives the impression of being a bit more genki. Maybe it's because it's been open for almost two months since I bought it, but I don't feel the gasiness or swooshiness of nama-shu. In any case, it is a very tasty sake that is easy to drink. Definitely a repeat purchase. I'd like to try the top Nabeshima, but But I'm not ready to buy it myself. The purple label is enough for me. I bought it at Doi Shoten (Asahikawa city) at a fixed price.

An offering for the New Year. This is one that my father had prepared for me when I returned home. It is a classical type, and it has an elegant sweetness and a ginjo aroma in the overwhelming drinkability of the light and dry taste. The aftertaste is the sweetness of rice, richness, and a clean finish. Of course, it goes perfectly with Osechi. When it becomes room temperature, you can feel the flavor more strongly. Personally, I like it better than cold. It is a high quality sake that is not easy to drink. Don't be too proud to drink it in New Year's mode, and empty the bottle in the daytime.

Forgot to take a picture. Year-end offering. As the name Princess Michiko Hana Yeast suggests. It has richness like honey and gorgeous aroma. The mouthfeel is unexpectedly strong with the taste of rice, which is unexpected but a good gap. When I drank it about 4 days after opening the bottle The rice flavor was suppressed and the gorgeousness and refreshing feeling increased. In general, it was an enjoyable sake that was easy to drink. If you drink it right after opening the bottle, you can even warm it up.

An offering for New Year's Eve. I caught it in a line at a liquor store when I went shopping at the end of the year. It was the first time for me to drink Shinsei at home. I read a review that said it was sweet and sour, like white wine, which was far from the preconception I had based on my poor sake experience. This is sake? I was so shocked. It's modern, and I think it's a really new sake. However, I personally feel that it is like diluted juice... I felt that it was not enough. The No.6 series is suddenly much more to my liking. I realized that the world of sake is wide.

At the end of the year, liquor stores become even more luxurious in their selection, and even just the rush of new, unpasteurized sake makes it impossible to stop the consumption behavior. LOL! This is one of the bottles I bought as a year-end gift. I wanted to buy the Chinese zodiac label, but I could only choose one per person, and I didn't have anyone with me, so I chose this one after some hesitation. Denshu is my undefeated sake. I'm sure you can't go wrong with either one, but But it was still the right choice. Although the apple-like fruit aroma is similar But it is different from Hanabuki Yuki and Hana thought, it has a firm mouthfeel. I felt the aftertaste of Yamada Nishiki was stronger. The balance of sweet, sour, bitter and sharp is as expected. The finish is so beautiful that you would think it was a Ginjo sake. If you think it is, the price is reasonable. Thanks to it, I was able to pass the year happily. I'm sure the doubetori next to it on the sales floor was also Yamadanishiki, but I wonder if the day will ever come when I can drink that one... Purchased at Doi Shoten (Asahikawa City) at a fixed price.
