Savanna
Had a disappointing party with my wife when we got a call about the cancellation of our child's preschool recital at Corona (just a list of reasons to drink...)
Yamada Nishiki Raw Sake
The rice polishing ratio was 55%, so I assumed it was ginjo-shu grade.
There was a strong sense of gas and bubbles when the bottle was opened and served, just like sparkling sake.
The brand was changed from Hananouka last year.
I've never had Hananouka, so I'll leave it to my seniors to compare and talk about the transition.
The aroma is not as strong as I imagined, and the taste is smooth, contrary to the thickening of the water in the review.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink casually, which is similar to the impression I had when I drank the Shinsei Colors series.
The bitterness came out as I drank it, but without it, I honestly felt it was not enough to make it worth drinking, so the second half was interesting.
It's a little expensive, but I think it will be very well received by beginners who are just getting into sake from Mio or Suzune.
The label is stylish.
