This is the first time I have seen this famous pattern.
It was not registered in Sake-no-wa, so I registered it newly.
It is super dry, but clean and sharp.
It does not have much aroma and has a short aftertaste, so you will not get tired of drinking it as a food sake. It went well with sashimi and simmered dishes.
I might be happy if I were served this at a sushi restaurant.
However, it still ranked 63rd in Fukushima Prefecture...
I can feel the depth of layers of the star corps Fukushima lol.
