At the end of last year, my wife picked out a bottle for me to drink once in a while. I wanted to have something to drink sometimes ✨. A liqueur made with Shizooka mandarins 🍊 You can't feel the alcohol at all! It's just the pulp of the mandarin oranges and the sweetness of the honey. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice. If you don't call it alcohol, you'll think it's a normal juice and drink it😊.

720ml ¥1,925 Thanks again for your hard work this week😃. It's been a while since I've been to Ume-chan 😁Kaze-no-mori and Mimuro-sugi are the big two, but they're definitely the best breweries ✨. I found a store that has a good selection as well as Toichi, so I'll be drinking a lot from now on 😄! Very sweet, sour and juicy 😆 Light and easy to drink, very good 😋. I'm going to enjoy this one over the next few days to see how it changes.

The other is Umenoyado. When the bottle is opened, it has a gentle, soft, sweet aroma like anko or Japanese sweets. The mouthfeel is also soft and pleasant. The sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and astringency in the flavor are not all prominent, and the mild sake quality is also reminiscent of Fushimi sake, with its delicious and refined taste! It has a light rice flavor reminiscent of Miyamanishiki, and is a delicious sake that can be served on its own or with food ✨. It's raining unfortunately, but I'm off to explore Nara in the morning for the first time in about 10 years 🦌.

This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I visited Umenoyado Sake Brewery the other day and participated in the brewery tour and the Umeshu (plum wine) making tour. The sake had a good punch and a strong flavor. I appreciated the taste that is typical of nama sake! Also, although this is a nama sake, the alcohol content is moderate at 15 degrees. It was a sake that also reminded me of my journey to Nara. Thank you for the special taste and healthy and delicious sake.

Junmai Ginjo or Junmai is better every day It's good in a sense that it has a little bit of miscellaneous taste. Nara has a lot of good sake! Delicious!

I bought this on the recommendation of a liquor store. It has a slightly grape-like flavor and is sweet and delicious. It has an alcoholic taste on the first sip, but it settles down as the day goes by. I noticed a hint of orikara at the end of the first sip 😅.

Nice aroma, good ginjo aroma When you eat a smear of too much, you forget about it. You will forget about it when you eat a spicy smam. Not assertive but a good supporting role.

The first sake of the year I bought at Costco last year. Umenoyado Junmai Daiginjo! At my wife's parents' house 👍 My wife's drinking habits are inherited from her parents🤣. We drank up the whole bottle! It was very easy to drink! It was very easy to drink!
