Savanna
The rice texture remains dense.
The smell after opening the bottle is a little alcoholic.
However, it is so milky and easy to drink that it is overturned at the first sip.
First, drink it cold.
The umami and acidity continue, and the final touch is a modest sweetness.
Next, warm sake. This seems to be the way to go.
It has a stronger alcoholic aroma, but it's not hard to drink, and the flavor is more concentrated.
If I had to compare it to nigori sake, I'd say it's like espresso.
Personally, I think lukewarm heating is the best way to get the best out of this sake.
It's delicious.
