This is the unpasteurized version of Purple Label.
Of all the sake I drank for the first time in 2021, the fire-aged Purple Label was my number one.
How good is this raw sake?
The lid still didn't fly off. LOL!
The aroma is wonderfully fruity.
On the palate, the fruitiness of white grapes spreads, and the freshness and youthfulness of nama-shu occasionally appear.
Yes, it is delicious.
It's clean, easy to drink and well balanced.
The sourness and umami are a bit stronger in the nama-shu, and it gives the impression of being a bit more genki. Maybe it's because it's been open for almost two months since I bought it, but I don't feel the gasiness or swooshiness of nama-shu.
In any case, it is a very tasty sake that is easy to drink.
Definitely a repeat purchase.

The purple label is enough for me.
