At the end of the year, liquor stores become even more luxurious in their selection, and even just the rush of new, unpasteurized sake makes it impossible to stop the consumption behavior. LOL!
This is one of the bottles I bought as a year-end gift.
I wanted to buy the Chinese zodiac label, but I could only choose one per person, and I didn't have anyone with me, so I chose this one after some hesitation.
Denshu is my undefeated sake.
I'm sure you can't go wrong with either one, but
But it was still the right choice.
Although the apple-like fruit aroma is similar
But it is different from Hanabuki Yuki and Hana thought, it has a firm mouthfeel. I felt the aftertaste of Yamada Nishiki was stronger.
The balance of sweet, sour, bitter and sharp is as expected.
The finish is so beautiful that you would think it was a Ginjo sake. If you think it is, the price is reasonable.
Thanks to it, I was able to pass the year happily.
I'm sure the doubetori next to it on the sales floor was also Yamadanishiki, but I wonder if the day will ever come when I can drink that one...
