Savanna
This is Akatake's Junmai Nigori nama sake.
After reading your review of Sake no Wa.
While snowmen are sweeping the world
I've never tried nigorizake before.
I've been waiting for a chance to try it since it's the year of the tiger.
The opening of the bottle went without a hitch.
The bubbles looked like sparkling sake.
The mouthfeel is really refreshing.
Calpis soda for adults, as they say.
The refreshing freshness and sweet and sour taste are the best.
The finish is a mild bitterness that is typical of Japanese sake.
This is delicious.
It was so easy to drink that I drank it without hesitation.
It was so easy to drink that I almost finished the entire bottle even though it was a weekday.
It also goes well with grilled pork and aqua pazza, so you can enjoy it even if you are not eating.
My wife asked me
Why didn't you prepare this at the end of the year?
I'm sure you'll love it.
This makes me curious about the snowman, Hirotogawa, and Tenbi.
