This is one that my father had prepared for me when I returned home.
It is a classical type, and it has an elegant sweetness and a ginjo aroma in the overwhelming drinkability of the light and dry taste.
The aftertaste is the sweetness of rice, richness, and a clean finish.
Of course, it goes perfectly with Osechi.
When it becomes room temperature, you can feel the flavor more strongly.
Personally, I like it better than cold.
It is a high quality sake that is not easy to drink.
Don't be too proud to drink it in New Year's mode, and empty the bottle in the daytime.

My husband only likes to drink Manju, so we always have it on hand, but I still feel most comfortable drinking it on special occasions like New Year's Day😊.

I'm not a big drinker and my husband works a lot so it lasts a long time 😂 if he drank it every day I wouldn't be able to afford it! lol
