Savanna
Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
I was expecting it to be more heavy, but in a good way, it was a clean and crisp sake.
I had a glass of this at a yakitori restaurant I know.
It goes well with meat, so it is an excellent sake for eating.
It has a good balance of acidity and umami, with a little sweetness in the aftertaste.
I don't think I'll ever get tired of drinking it.
I've been told that it's also quite good warmed up, so I'll try it again next time.
If they sell it, I want to keep it on hand.
I don't think they sell it.
