To be honest, I just wanted the supplemental Hououmida guidebook. LOL!
But it's a great sake, so it won't disappoint you.
The specifications are Jun Gin.
The reviewers at Sake no Wa said that it was dry, dry, and sharp for a Bida.
The nuances were as they should be, but I personally found it sweeter than I expected.
The acidity is more pronounced, and although it is not as easy to drink as Bita's fruity brands, it is not harsh or excruciating because of the good balance with the sharpness.
Rather, it was easy to pair with food, and it worked perfectly with both meat and fish.
I still have some left, so maybe I'll splurge and have it warmed up.
